"The room is large, clean and hygienic, with a one-bedroom and one-living room structure with a large bed in the bedroom and two small beds in the hall. There is free parking. No breakfast, large refrigerator and microwave. Good location, convenient to travel in Downtown. The landlord is very nice and the hot water is very hot and flushing. Although in early August, the lowest temperature was only about 10 degrees, and the landlord began to provide heating at 5:20 in the morning."

NO FISH CLEANING, NO FISH PROCESSING, NO CARCASSES ON SITE. The Homer Harbor has fish cleaning tables and areas for public use and processing fish. Coal Point, on the Spit will also process and store your fish for a fee.
Do not put fish carcasses, guts, etc. in the trash cans on the property as it attracts bears, and is very smelly. **Extra charge of $400+ will be applied to your stay, without advanced notice, if evidence of fish cleaning on property, or carcasses left at the property. We love to fish too, but we process our fish at the harbor or with the guides and freeze when we get home.
No fish frying in house, leaves horrible odor and impossible to clean prior to arrival of following guests.

NO FISH CLEANING, NO FISH PROCESSING, NO CARCASSES ON SITE. The Homer Harbor has fish cleaning tables and areas for public use and processing fish. Coal Point, on the Spit will also process and store your fish for a fee.
Do not put fish carcasses, guts, etc. in the trash cans on the property as it attracts bears, and is very smelly. **Extra charge of $400+ will be applied to your stay, without advanced notice, if evidence of fish cleaning on property, or carcasses left at the property. We love to fish too, but we process our fish at the harbor or with the guides and freeze when we get home.
No fish frying in house, leaves horrible odor and impossible to clean prior to arrival of following guests.

Three levels with three decks overlooking the Kachemak Bay, volcanoes, mountains, glaciers and the Homer Spit. Spacious living room, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, internet, Smart TV’s, and original bow wheelhouse. Sleeps up to six. The decks offer panorama views of the Bay for dining and relaxing. Large Parking area adjacent to the boat. A few stairs going up to the first deck, the about 12 stairs inside to the top deck and 12 steps inside to the lower level.
