You’ll have your remodeled and modern private bathroom. Your small kitchenette is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, rice cooker and basics utensils. No stove is available. No washer or dryer use.The studio’s central climate control adjusted as part of the whole house upstairs. Extra space heater can be provided (but this has never been the case)Other things to note- The shower cold and hot are reversed. ‘C’ is hot and ‘H’ is cold.- Please be mindful of the noise level at nights especially after 10:00 PM.- Washer and dryers use are NOT offered.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
