About this spaceMY FLAT is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.A sweet apartment that is a perfect place to rest after a busy day. It has two work stations, TV area with creative furniture, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (a full bed in two and a queen bed in the other). A spacious laundry room and a clean bathroom with a shower are in the lower level. MY FLAT will be perfect for 3 single friends or 3 co-workers.The spaceCool industrial vibe. The three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two work stations are on the ground level. The basement has the bathroom and laundry room.Guest accessGuests can park in the parking lot at the back of the property and enter the white door on the ground level. This door is always unlocked. Inside there is a common entryway that has two doors. One is for MY FLAT and one is for another unit called THE LOFT. A passcode for your private unit will be sent to you a couple days before your stay.Other things to noteThis unit is perfect for three students or three workers. About this spaceWhen my kids saw this unit they wanted to move in. I designed it for families to have fun and create memories. Books, puzzles, games, toys and attic nooks are a few of the things they will enjoy. Full eat-in kitchen with a view of the backyard has everything you’ll need. There is a crib and a desk in one of the debrooms. The beautifully finished attic has a sectional, TV, and two day beds each having an additional trundle bed as well. Kids love sleeping up there. Such a great space.The spaceThe 2nd and 3rd floors of a beautiful craftsman triplex.Guest accessEnter in the side door with a key pad. This gives access to a shared public laundry roomand entrance to three units. Each unit is private and has their own key pad on their door.Other things to noteThe entrance is on the first floor. Please take off your shoes. The second floor has the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and three bedrooms. The third floor attic is a multipurpose room that has 2 Day Beds each having a trundle bed (in total four twin beds), sectional sofa and a TV.Please help keep noise levels down for the unit below you. Please take off your shoes at the entrance and walk around lightly on the second floor.
