First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

I have booked a harbour view room. The reason was to take excellent sea and high level view at still affordable middle range prices, while also be at walk distances to some businesses places at a hurry beforehand to get used for excellent public transport system. I was strictly disappointed when I had firstly been directed to a room at 21f with small little corner window and overall not as advertised by picture from room size and its geometry. I even hardly understand where the sea/harbour is, since you see nothing that buildings. It might be ok for other purposes but not to take real inspiration and feelings. After my conversation with a service, they kindly change the room with ‘upgrades’ from 21 to 29 f but saying that I would rather contact them beforehand of needs of last floor / highest floor. That was the same room as displayed, so I feel happy. It matches the point. If you would like to take a look at night bars at LKF as well, it is also very good still calm area, but in 10 min walks to the party centres. So please be in contact with hotel beforehand making a un refundable pay, if the harbour view and a higher floor is a must feature.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Booked the stay to enjoy NYE fireworks at Victoria Harbour. Room furniture is dated with some stains on sofa but otherwise our unit was clean (and spacious). Bed was also comfy. We liked the eco-friendly water station on every floor and the air purifier in the room. Rather disappointed by the harbour view in our 12th floor mid-row room though, as it was partially blocked by the building in front. Luckily, the square accessible from reception had a great view of the harbour and West Kowloon, so we just walked out from the hotel for the countdown. Breakfast spread was relatively limited but well discounted for guests. Would we book it again? Maybe not for NYE, felt it was overpriced unless you get a really good corner Harbour View room (then again most hotels were charging premium). But for its spacious room and Harbour City location, it could be a convenient, value option for tourists.

The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. The service attitude of the staff has improved a lot compared to when we first checked in. They have become friendly and helpful. Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. Basic room, small, but beds very comfortable and room very clean. Landlady was very helpful and waited up to let us in after midnight (our flight was late). Would say safe and secure. Located in one of the many tall mixed use buildings in Kowloon so don't be put off by the entrance. Jordan MTR just outside entrance. Excellent place to stay on a budget.

first off, it's an aparthotel with generous room size, the building is well maintained and private, you can't get any more comfortable than this compare to all the accommodations available at the similar price range. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

The twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed,you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door.There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower.The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants,banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.

The hotel is quite large, close to the Austin MTR station. We stayed in a family suite room, the room was quite spacious, there was a sofa that could be made into a bed, 1 large bed and 1 small bed, the bathroom was also not cramped. The room is quite clean. People say the beds are very hard, but in our opinion the beds are ok, enough to rest to sleep. Wifi is available, only the front officer is less friendly. Update : 17 januari 2024 Stayed here again in a standard twin room, there was a sofa bed... the carpet was a bit dirty with stains but it was ok, the price was quite cheap... The room is still clean..

It's surprising they don't have a sign up anywhere on the 12th floor. You have to go right up to the door in the corner to see any sign that this room is the guesthouse. Strange. The room is tiny, but can't expect much more in HK for a few hundred dollars. It has all you need for a good night's sleep. One night is definitely enough though. Anyway, friendly lady running the place and the location is absolutely perfect for Kowloon West station.
