This hotel is by far the most satisfying one l've ever stayed in Hong Kong. The room was super spacious, and the price per night is pretty reasonable, considering it is located in 中环。 What greatly impressed me is the hospitality of the staff. From my many years of experience in Hong Kong, many of the hotel staff and taxi drivers hold a hostile and cocky attitude toward people from other cities of China. This hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. They really made my stay in Hong Kong this time a happy and memorable one. I would definitely stay here again next time!

We had a fantastic stay at the Jervoise, in the heart of Sheung Wan, a few steps down from the heights of Hollywood Road. The large studio was bathed in sunlight, and the free expresso pods just made the moment more memorable. We played board games and talked until late in the nice living room.

The location of the hotel is great, is nearby the bar area to go walking but not close enough to get noisy at night. Even though there were a few buildings in front, we still had a nice view of the ocean. You can also walk to the Ferry area, it takes about 15 minutes and it’s easier to walk than wait to find a taxi. The room was very clean, the shower was absolutely amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and assisted with the requests we had. When we arrived at the room, it smelled a bit musty but it went away after we turned on the AC for a while. Would only like to point out that there are no free power outlet adapters available, however you can purchase them at the hotel for 140 HKD.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

The staff, from reception and housekeeping to concierge, were great and really made an effort. However, the property is old and musky, and some things didn't work well; for example, the air conditioning in my first room was malfunctioning, so I had to switch rooms. The other thing: I went to their super basic restaurant, which was not appealing at all, in the morning before departure due to time constraints. To my surprise, I was refused entry because I was wearing flip-flops (paired with a nice T-shirt and decent shorts), citing a ”dress code.” Considering it's a very basic HK$600 hotel and the rainy, warm early-summer weather, I couldn't wrap my head around this. See the photo, and you'll understand what I mean. (Note: I decided to walk down the road to a charming restaurant by the Central Escalator and had a very enjoyable breakfast).

Great location and huge (by HK standards) room. Liked there are two separate spaces - sleeping space and living room so I can have friends to meet me. Very clean and helpful staff. I asked for morning call and they knocked on my door to make sure I am awake 😁. Only very minor downside is that the common lounge is too small and no view. Would highly recommend this one.

Nice hotel, with very good service and convenient location. However, be aware that the room is too small to be suitable for wheelchair users or even heavier people. It is much smaller than the one in the picture. The room is basically the width of the bed plus only 14-16 inches of carpet on one side. The space is too narrow to fit a suitcase, which is a problem because there is also no room at the foot of the bed, meaning the suitcase has to be placed in the entryway of the room, creating a tripping hazard. Certainly there's no room for a wheelchair or mobility device. The alcove with the toilet is very narrow and might be almost impossible to fit into if you weigh over 250 lb/120 kg. They also make you pay for the bottled water in the room, which I think is pretty cheeky, considering the cost of the hotel. Surely they can afford to offer even one free 500 ml bottle of water. It's fine for a one-night stay before a flight out of Hong Kong, plus location & service are very good, but for a longer stay, you might want to pay extra money to get a slightly larger room.

This hotel totally deserves the award for 4th top hotel in the world! What a divine place to stay. If I had stayed one night longer, I would have never left. The service is first class with such friendly and attentive attention. I felt very valued as soon as I walked through the door. The food at Salisterra was outstanding, and dinner and breakfast were a special experience. The room was stunning. I loved every moment in that room. All the facilities were clean, tidy and well-maintained. I couldn't fault a single second of my time at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience something special. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can't wait for my next staycation there. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made me feel at home in their little corner of paradise in Hong Kong.

The view from the room and the buffet breakfast were fantastic at this hotel. However, the service level here was far lower than expected. Check in took 25 minutes and basically only because of the under staffing - there was hardly any guests checking in. There was a quick apology upon check in and that was that. Breakfast staff were ok. Concierge weren’t helpful and lost our jacket. Then checkout was rushed and not complete - no bill just “we will email you”. Service level lets this hotel down - should have stayed at our TST hotel…

After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

Even have different coloured tooth brushes to help differentiate for different people. Room was clean and comfortable. Building and room not new but well maintained. View from room was good. After checking in, I found that it was a barrier-free room. After I asked the hotel, I was upgraded to a deluxe executive single-room apartment. There is a microwave, coffee machine and 4 capsule coffee. The 2 bottles of free drinking water are Llanllyr, British national water. Ctrip said ”hotel early, HKD165, self-organized meal”. The front desk told me: that is the past tense and there is no longer breakfast. The hotel has been renovated and some furniture has been replaced, not as shown on the Ctrip website.

Among the hotels in Hong Kong at this price, this one is quite big, clean and tidy. I called the front desk staff one day in advance and arrived at 2pm the next day. I thought I would need to store my luggage, but I was able to check in directly. The service was warm and thoughtful. , you will be given a ticket to pick up your luggage when you store your luggage. I am very relieved and will choose to stay here next time I come to Hong Kong. Every single front desk staff member was very polite.
