Gyeongju Hostels

I hate to give a bad review but this staff member was probably the worst I ever came across. Be aware the check in is 10pm - much later than others. The room itself was fine, very happy and wanted to extend, but the staff member insisted checking out, then coming back at 10pm, even with extension. When I asked him, he said “it’s not my business”. Terrible attitude. He then tried to charge 20,000 cash for keeping the “free upgrade” I was given. No idea why you give with one hand and take with the other. Had to complain and argue and even still they refused refund for second day. Took me 3 hours or messaging to get money back. Just avoid. Sadly a great place, location so so but the staff member we dealt with was the worst person I’ve met in Korea.

Large spacious room, with comfortable bed, good Internet. Location was perfect to access attractions, bus stops, Restaurants and shops. Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful, giving baggage storage prior to check in. Cleaning staff did a great job and always smiling. Very clean refreshing hotel

Clean & comfortable. Very spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The 6th floor room offers a fantastic city view plus a message chair. About 8 minutes walk to the Intercity bus station & Express bus station. Nearby many bus stops. Closes to the central market where there are many easterlies. A warm & considerate young staff makes you feel at home. The very small reception area & lack of photos of the hotel exterior at a booking platform may make the outsiders overlook its high quality rooms.

First of all, the location is right near the bus stop, making it easy to get around. It's so convenient and nice to have convenience stores (CU, GS, 7-Eleven) and a McDonald's nearby. The facilities are great too; the basement has massage chairs, PCs, foot massagers, a Nintendo, cookies, drinks... and the ramen machine was especially fantastic. Face masks were available in the lobby for guests to take, so I did one every day. It was also nice that you could take as much bottled water as you needed. You can watch Netflix and YouTube, and we had a very comfortable stay!!! My child loved it too~

This was my first trip with friends since we became adults, and thanks to this accommodation, it started and ended on a high note! I was a little worried because the price wasn't high, but there was absolutely no need to be. It was super clean and the owner was so friendly, making for a very pleasant stay!!

The room is spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. The room is equipped with a mini-fridge, dish sterilizer, hairdryer, personal toiletries, a Jacuzzi, and bathrobes. In the lobby on the 1st floor, there's a water cooler and a coffee machine. On the downside: • The decor is a bit dated – the wallpaper in the room is peeling, and the furniture is worn. • There's some kind of plastic mattress protector on the bed, which makes sleeping uncomfortable; the sheets stick to your skin, and the mattress rustles. • Only small towels are provided; there are no large ones. • A karaoke bar (noraebang) is located in the adjacent building, which can be noisy at night, especially on weekends. I recommend this hotel for short stays if the mentioned drawbacks aren't a deal-breaker for you.

This was a business trip so the location was perfect for my needs, however it's also very close to Gyeongju World Amusement Park if you staying for leisure. It is worth noting though that this location is just outside of Gyeongju city. The hotel and room itself were very clean and included most of the basics including a bar fridge with some drinks, instant coffee mixes, tea and cup noodles. The service itself was great, but the room and bed are not remade each day. However, amenities are replenished daily, such as the removal and replacement of used towels, trash cans and the drinks, coffee, tea and cup noodles. Overall, a great stay.

The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation, while the fitness center had everything needed for a good workout. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was simply outstanding – fresh, diverse, and of high quality. The location of the hotel was also a huge plus. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a central location, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect balance between accessibility and relaxation. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit! Very nice people. Room was ready early, it was clean, well equipped and the area was super close to the temple complex. Walking distance. Food options also nearby. However there is no lift, so request low room if you have heavy bags, very short walk to temple area where you can take some great photos

Because it's a holiday visit in May, the price is more expensive than other days Because other places are also higher, so not only here, so the price pass ~ ~ The location is far from the tourist spots. It's suitable for sleeping after sightseeing. The motel has a preconception that it is usually dark, so I was worried about staying with my child, but the interior atmosphere was better than I thought. I could eat coffee, cup noodles, eggs, bread, and so on for breakfast. If you stay at the same price, you won't go, but if it costs 100,000 won, I think I'll consider visiting again.
