"We had a totally great experience staying at Hotel Potami and will definitely be staying there again. The hotel itself is absolutely excellent, beautiful, and really reached the standards we were expecting.
Grace, the manageress, is absolutely amazing, very helpful, and cheerful. She is doing a brilliant job managing the hotel, and I feel like I've made a new friend in her—she easily deserves a 5 out of 5 stars!
Being a brand-new hotel, I completely understand that there are still a few adjustments to be made. The rooftop restaurant/bar wasn't functional yet during our stay, and there just needs to be a bit of improvement regarding the bathroom showers, as the water tends to flow out onto the floor. Additionally, while the rest of the staff was wonderful, the receptionist didn't come across as very friendly and could use a bit more warmth with guests.
Minor growing pains aside, it is a wonderful place. I give the hotel itself a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars (or 4/5 overall), and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Himara!"
