"Stayed here with a friend. The supermarket was only about a 15-minute walk away, which was perfectly convenient. The bedroom was clean and quiet. However, the kitchen didn't have any cooking utensils, so I'd recommend bringing your own if you plan on cooking."

"Our room wasn’t ready an hour after check-in. (They gave us a complimentary drink coupon for that.) The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. There were few mosquitos but easily manageable, due to the cold temperature.  The public dining area was filled with live music and cheerful tourists. We loved the energetic vibes and it really made us feel we are on a vacation. At the same time we could also enjoy the serenity of the outback in our room and vicinity of the hotel.  I will definitely choose Outback Hotel if I were to come back again."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the visitor center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and a supermarket. The resort shuttle for Desert Sails is just a 5-minute walk away. The only downsides were the lack of hot water for showering and the absence of an elevator to the second floor in some rooms."

"I stayed here for 2 nights during my trip to Uluru. This hotel is located within Ayers Rock Resort, close to the resort's shops and supermarket. The airport shuttle and tour buses pick you up and drop you off first right outside the hotel entrance. There's also a cafe and restaurant in the hotel where I got to try kangaroo meat. There were free activities both inside and next to the hotel, so I never got bored even outside of the Uluru tours. There are several lookout points within walking distance where you can get a beautiful view of Uluru. Thank you!"

"I really have to commend the service at this hotel. It's not just the 24-hour front desk that's always ready to help. When you check in, they meticulously explain all the hotel facilities, shuttle bus information, and even double-check your flight details to ensure you get to the airport smoothly. Here's the best part: when I missed the free shuttle to the airport and only had an hour left before my flight, the hotel front desk offered to drive us to the airport in their own car, free of charge! As a result, we arrived at the airport and boarded our flight without any issues."

"The room had a living room and a kitchen. It was spacious and comfortable, but the facilities were a bit old. It was very convenient, located in the center of the resort. I want to mention the service was quite good. The Chinese girl at the front desk was very welcoming and told me that breakfast was at the hotel next door, and she would help me order it in advance for a cheaper price. Also, since I arrived in the afternoon, she told me the time and location of the sunset. That evening, I noticed the sheets were a little dirty because I had gone to the buffet at the hotel next door and returned late. I called customer service, and surprisingly, there was a staff member on duty who spoke Chinese. She helped me inquire with the manager. Keep in mind it was already very late; around 11 pm, they found staff to change the sheets for me. The staff member was very polite; seeing me wearing slippers when they came in, they even took them off themselves. They carefully changed all the bedding for me. Honestly, calling at 11 pm and having them help me solve a problem, and having staff come to make my bed, is something I wouldn't even dare to imagine abroad."
