"This was a great Hotel with so much to do, including a pool arcade, great gym and awesome restaurants/ coffee! Golf is right there as well! Would def recommend!"

"The location is right next to the outlet, very convenient. The hotel not only has a swimming pool, but also a hot tub with massage function. It is very comfortable to enjoy a massage after shopping. The staff are very friendly and polite. The only drawback is that the shower water pressure is not enough, the water volume is not enough, and the air conditioning takes too long to cool down! I will stay here next time!"

"There is no elevator, luggage needs to be moved to the second floor, there are so many people for breakfast, it is very simple, only enough to eat. There is ample parking, free of charge, and there is a supermarket specializing in food in five minutes, which is very large."

"Stayed 3 nights. Had some problems with the shower, however maintenance came and resolved issues quickly second day. Housekeeping missed our room on the second day. Nice large suite with a kitchen was convenient as well as the noon checkout was great. Very quiet location yet close to many conveniences. The breakfast was lacking as the product quality was on the low end. Should improve with fruits, waffles and better quality: baked goods, sausage and bacon.. i would definitely stay again but would not enjoy the breakfast as it is."

"I expected more from Glö than I received. I chose Glö as a ”treat” for a couple's getaway, as it was a newer hotel and appeared like it would be snazzier than the usual fare. Pros: The bathroom was very nice, and the complimentary toiletries are top notch. The rooms are very clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the TV was a decent size. Cons: The rooms are incredibly small, and while they are nicely furnished, the tiny ”couch” seat was more form than function (i.e. prettier than it was comfortable). The front desk staff seemed very new and clueless on basic hospitality essentials, like how to work the in-room television. It also took ages for a response from front desk on how to work the TV and the issue wasn't even resolved. I probably will not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone I know, as there are so many hotels to choose from in Kanata that offer better, more knowledgeable service and better pricing."

"Located in West Ottawa, the hotel is conveniently located next to the market, with Walmat walking for 10 minutes and Ottawa Outlets nearby. The room was clean and the front desk staff was warm. The hotel’s restaurant is also good, offering burger sandwiches. Free parking"
