"The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of the scenic area. The visitor center is within walking distance, and it's on the same commercial street as other Marriott hotels. The hotel facilities are very new, and the style is modern and minimalist. Breakfast is plentiful. There's no elevator, but the rooms are only on up to the third floor, so it's not a big issue if your luggage isn't too heavy. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay."

"The front desk staff were incredibly kind on my first day, even giving me a room upgrade. The service throughout was excellent, not at all robotic or by-the-book, which made me feel very comfortable. The nights were quiet, and I slept wonderfully. No issues with hot water in the bathroom either. The laundry room was a convenient bonus, and the parking lot was spacious. Two major highlights: The breakfast was surprisingly delicious – both the hot dry noodles and beef noodles were great, and the stir-fries were good too. And the shuttle service to the scenic spots? Absolutely fantastic, I'd give it ten stars!"

"I come to Wudang Mountain every year and always stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, close to the scenic area, and parking is free. The front desk staff are consistently warm and attentive. This time, the front desk attendant arranged a room on the fourth floor with a small balcony that offers mountain views. The surrounding environment is lovely. The room is spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially love the toiletries; they smell fantastic. Very satisfied!"

"The room was tiny and the furniture felt really cheap. What I hated most was the showerhead; I tried adjusting it forever, but no hot water came out. Even after a staff member came to fix it, it still wasn't right, but it was too late to bother further. The mattress was also uncomfortable. Plus, there's an elementary school right behind the room, so it gets noisy super early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep in. The location is downtown, so food delivery is convenient, and it's close to Yuxu Palace, which you can visit in the afternoon."

"Although the hotel is located on a mountain, it feels like a five-star! The location is super convenient, right next to Qiongtai Station and just a few minutes' walk from Qiongtai Zhongguan. I highly recommend it for anyone planning to go up to Golden Summit early in the morning! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The complimentary coffee (made with SOE beans) was also delicious and aromatic. Plus, the hotel has five adorable and friendly cats! I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to Wudang Mountain!"

"It was my first time to Wudang Mountain. I didn't make any travel guides and chose a homestay blindly. It completely exceeded my expectations. The boss is a beautiful girl with a nice voice and excellent service. I went hiking every day with the three-day ticket. Although it was only one kilometer away from the tourist center, the boss picked me up every day. I am grateful for the blessing of the ancestors. It was perfect for my first trip to Wudang."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and nice, I enjoyed my stay. There were other really really noisy guests yelling at night, two nights in a row. The hotel staff knocked on their doors and everything, but 5 minutes later they started again. Bad luck, I guess! If you want peace and quiet, given my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. For the rest, everything ok: they were nice and it was clean. Thank you to the staff."

GGuest UserThis homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot! We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours. This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location. 这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢. 我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。 这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

GGuest UserI loved saying here. The homestay is located within the scenic area. It can be hard to navigate the area if you’re coming here for the first time. I got dropped off at a station after I showed the driver the address and walked uphill for 20-30 minutes before I was able to find the homestay. I recommend getting in touch with the homestay beforehand to arrange a pickup from the bus point since buses don’t drop you all the way to the homestay. There is free service for pick up and drop off to/from the bus station. The food here was spectacular - simple and delicious. The people who work here are super considerate and welcoming. The homestay also partners with Wudang Taoist Academy which I later found out so I might be back to participate in one of the programs later on however if you are traveling to Wudang and also looking for classes in Tai Chi from well established instructors, this is definitely the place to be. The person who runs it is well-connected and can help you out with whatever you need. I was mostly communicating via WeChat which translated English-Chinese and vice versa easily. If you want to explore other areas within Wudang, you most definitely will be needing the shuttle bus. I am very satisfied with my stay and will return if I get an opportunity.

GGuest UserThis hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

WWoaihaidaoyouThis was my first time visiting Wudang Mountain, and I was lucky to choose a hotel in the Nanyan area. It was super convenient for climbing Golden Summit, and visiting Nanyan Palace and Zixiao Palace! Taihe Ziyin is the best hotel in the Nanyan area. I opted for a 'Cloud View' room, and on the first day, it was shrouded in mist, while on the third day, I got to witness the sunrise right from my room! The service was good, especially the hotel's private chef. After climbing Golden Summit, I didn't want to go anywhere else, so I ordered tomato and egg noodles at the hotel. Simple, yet delicious! The staff were all very nice! The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit old. It was quite cold when I first arrived on the mountain, and even with the AC on all night, it wasn't particularly warm, and it was noisy. On the second day, I asked for a space heater, one of those fan heaters. While it kept my legs and feet warm, it was also noisy. At night, I still had to resort to using the AC. Luckily it wasn't winter, otherwise, it might have been unbearable. If they could provide better space heaters, it would be pretty perfect.

As it was our first time in China, we had some difficulties. They helped us with a good mood to solve various problems. They were very helpful! The cuisine was excellent, with a variety of Chinese recipes and very high quality. Overall, for the 16 nights we stayed, people did everything to make us feel comfortable and acclimatized. We highly recommend Wudang Mountain Yiheju! KKLimWe got a deluxe Queen Room. There really isn't anything to fault with the hotel except the price is really exorbitant given the amenities. There isn't any bath robe provided for example, when hotels priced at 5 times lesser provided them. Breakfast was also super limited with no tea and coffee. Basically you are paying 4-5 times the price for just one thing - Location, location, location. It is the only hotel nearest to golden summit.

YYIRENPros: Excellent location, hotel itself is well decorated. Very clean. The room is comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and nice to have some western style choices. Cons: On our last day morning,the big, heavy window shutter fell off the frame while I was nearby and my forehead got hurt slightly. The hotel manager offered to change rooms for us, but because it was our last day there we decided to stay in the same room. No more compensation was offered to us. There should be a mini fridge and microwave oven in the room, due to no lunch and dinner availability, except for private parties.

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the local food is delicious. The hotel front desk helped us plan a very practical travel itinerary, saving us from taking too many unnecessary detours. They even thoughtfully reminded us to bring motion sickness patches and medicine, as the winding roads up Shiwangwan Mountain are particularly challenging for those prone to motion sickness.

There is a square and a museum on the side of the hotel. Those who sleep lightly at night should tell the customer service in advance (there are exercises in the morning and amusement facilities in the evening).
