"The surrounding amenities are great, but it's very crowded. The shuttle service was terrible; the driver left without waiting for us, and didn't stop even when we chased after it. It was very sunny and hot, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids, unless you pay for their private car service. This felt like a hidden cost. We paid over 2000 for two rooms that day, which isn't cheap at all. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Ocean Park was very bad. The bus was packed, and my child even went missing, which led to us calling the police. This shuttle service has serious safety issues. For breakfast, there were too many people and not enough tables, so we had to wait a long time. We had to find seats ourselves with our child. There weren't enough staff, and the staggered timing for meals didn't work well. In short, it was a terrible and expensive trip. The staff themselves were very kind and helpful, but every single aspect of the experience made me feel like I was about to explode. I don't know why. It was completely different from our stay at Hilton last year. The room cleanliness wasn't great, probably because it was peak season and they didn't have time to clean thoroughly!"

"The guesthouse is located in a residential area with a great location, right next to the Shangdao Bridge, making transportation convenient. Parking is in the underground parking lot with reasonable fees. The rooms are fully equipped, and you can even cook a simple meal. Everything is available nearby, making life convenient. The owner is very helpful and even gave us laundry detergent. Overall, this guesthouse is great."

"Hainan Danzhou Resort Review | My Wonderful Stay at Hilton Ocean Flower Island🥳 I recently stayed at the Hilton Ocean Flower Island for a relaxing vacation in Danzhou, and it was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. When I arrived, it was pouring rain, and the security guard at the entrance was incredibly thoughtful and warm. He really embodied the simple kindness of the Hainanese people. Understanding that it's inconvenient to park and get around in the rain, he patiently guided us to a temporary spot to shelter from the rain, waiting for it to lighten up before directing us to a proper parking space. This personalized care truly reflected the warm service philosophy of a five-star hotel, and my impression was immediately boosted. Check-in was handled by the front desk staff with professionalism and composure; the process was smooth and efficient. During check-out, I encountered an exceptionally outstanding front desk employee. She had light yellow highlights in her dark hair and, from a distance, proactively looked up and acknowledged guests. Her smile was warm and generous, and she swiftly processed my room card with both hands. Her etiquette and demeanor were, without a doubt, the most standard and enthusiastic Hilton-style service I experienced during my entire stay. Her thoughtful and attentive service was a delightful surprise. Regarding dining, the buffet breakfast tasted very good, though the variety of dishes wasn't extensive. I assume this was due to it being the off-peak tourist season. The short-haired hostess and service staff in the restaurant were exceptionally well-mannered. From guiding me to my table to answering dining inquiries, they were poised and polite throughout. When I asked about directions to Twin Beach, they patiently and thoroughly explained everything. Overall, the restaurant's service level was excellent. The overall room amenities were very thoughtful. There was an emergency flashlight in the drawer, which is incredibly practical – most hotels don't provide such an item, and it's particularly useful in emergencies. However, I do have a few small suggestions: there was a noticeable stain on the room's sofa, which looked a bit out of place. I hope they can find a way to address it; perhaps look into how to clean such deep stains online. The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, situated right at the entrance of Bridge No. 1 to Ocean Flower Island, making it incredibly convenient for both entering and leaving the island – a quick turn gets you off the island smoothly. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views; you can clearly see Gujing Street nearby, and Twin Beach is just a short walk away. In the distance, you can also spot the exquisite castle-style buildings, creating beautiful scenery and a strong resort atmosphere. Overall, despite a few minor flaws, the hotel is excellent. Its attentive service, prime location, and beautiful scenery make it a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Ocean Flower Island."

"The service from the beautiful lady at the front desk was very good. There is a convenience store downstairs, which makes shopping very convenient. The hotel environment is also good. The high-speed rail station is about 10 minutes away. There seems to be a night market nearby, so it should be very convenient to eat."

The service was excellent and prompt; little details like extra slippers and disposable shoe covers were well thought out, and there's a mini-fridge too. Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend it whether you're in Danzhou for business or leisure!"

"Because of the Yongzhou, I accidentally booked the wood blossoms, and the experience really exceeded expectations! I really like it! I saw the stone painted by the Yong, and the ring gave me a film! 😍 The housekeeper is very enthusiastic. When I first arrived, I told me carefully about the nearby places to catch the sea and take a walk. I will send detailed check-in tips for eating, drinking and having fun. I like it. For people like me who don’t like the plan, I will send a message and reply quickly. It’s not perfunctory at all. I also took a lot of photos for me. The photo technology is super good. The coconut chicken hot pot is delicious. I want to eat next time. There are handmade activities. I like to print the plants. It is very healing. Hygiene is my most satisfying point. Every corner of the room is cleaned, and the bedding smells very refreshing. The bathroom has no damp smell. The environment of the homestay is particularly comfortable, the yard is full of flowers and plants, quiet, and it is especially relaxing to sit in a daze with the wind. The facilities in the room are very complete, hot water, air conditioning, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and it is very stable. It is suitable for short-term relaxation or small stay with the family. I will choose this one next time! Let me stay away from the fatigue of work and let the whole person loose. "Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious. I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly. Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them. Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜"
