"The Tibet Tour Hotel service is the most satisfactory. There is no one. I just arrived at the hotel and was considering where to go to fill the oxygen and receive the certificate. The front desk called the room to ask if I needed help. The lobby manager Zhu accompanied me throughout the whole process, helped find a place to fill the oxygen, helped to get the certificate, and provided the damaged section on the 216 road.
