"I wanted to relax in a hot spring during the National Day holiday, and after doing some research, I finally chose this place. Overall, I would recommend it. The hot spring center has relatively new facilities and many pools. It wasn't too crowded during the holiday, so the experience was quite good. The private hot spring water in the room came out quickly. The service was excellent. After registration, the front desk gave a brief introduction to the facilities and opening hours and guided us to our accommodation building. When we dined at the barbecue restaurant in the evening, the staff were very friendly, especially one young man who proactively provided ice when we asked and even asked if we needed more during our meal – a big thumbs up! However, there are a few areas for improvement. First, there was no refrigerator in the room. Second, the walls of the Tianmu Pavilion room had quite a few gray and black stains, making it look a bit dirty. I heard the rooms at Panshan are newer, but we didn't try them this time. I'll probably bring my family here again when the weather gets colder. If you're looking for value for money, you can actually book a room without a private hot spring; the hot spring center is downstairs, very clean, and has long opening hours."

"This was the best hotel we stayed at for this trip & it was also the cheapest. The service was truly immaculate. The hotel gave us a free breakfast which had a very good selection & tasted great. Most of the dishes were very well done. The hotel even provided free laundry service that was done within 2 hours. We could also watch everything on the tv for free. The room itself was spotless & very nicely decorated. The hotel looked very new to us. The location was also great with a shopping mall nearby with many food options & a supermarket. All in all, a perfect 2 night stay."
