"Going to Liancheng to study and travel all the way, this good ~ rest. The windows of the house are bright and clean, the utensils are new, living on the upper floors, and enjoying the scenery of the mountain city. "It's a bit strange; it claims to be a family-friendly hotel, yet it lacks bed rails. Other children's amenities, however, are quite complete.
As a five-star hotel, looking at customers while speaking is basic, right? The receptionist, Chen Xiaomei, was expressionless and had a terrible attitude; she didn't even look up when I spoke to her. After checking in, I wasn't satisfied with the room type and asked Chen Xiaomei if I could pay for an upgrade. She didn't even look up and simply said there were no rooms available. I checked Ctrip, and there were still many rooms available. Clearly having rooms available, yet refusing to allow customers to pay for an upgrade and failing to communicate with customers is extremely incompetent. This service is worse than a 50 RMB restaurant down the mountain.
My takeout arrived, but I wasn't in the room at the moment. I told the front desk I'd deliver it in five minutes. Three minutes later, I returned to the room to find a robot waiting at the door—I was helpless. The front desk really seems like a makeshift operation.
I found a huge ant on the bed.
The doorman, cleaning lady, and restaurant staff were all very friendly. I've also seen several complaints about the front desk on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). It hasn't improved after all this time; maybe the front desk staff are all people with connections."

"This is the last day of my trip. The hotel environment is very good and the equipment is OK, but the service is still lacking. It should be a management problem. "The room was very clean, the moment the hotel revolving door was opened, the fragrance in the lobby was mixed with the warm light of the velvet sofa, and the temperature at the fingertips of the concierge took the suitcase was more appropriate than expected. Red lanterns are hung high here, and every household puts up Spring Festival couplets during the Chinese New Year. It is a village that pays attention to folk culture. I stayed in Ziyang Academy for two nights. The academy is clean and bright, with flowers and fruit trees in the yard. Every detail is the result of years of accumulation. The academy's owner and his wife cooked a New Year's Eve dinner with the residents, stayed up all night to celebrate the New Year, and bought fireworks for us to set off together. There were also continuous fireworks in the village, and the sound of firecrackers was ringing to celebrate the New Year! Hope to have the opportunity to go again.

Very friendly staff and a large clean room. I was given unlimited water which was nice as I was there for a race. There is a yearly Guang Zhou Shan marathon which I was there for and this is the perfect spot as it's just 5mins walk to the race pack collection and starting line the next morning

Very satisfied with all aspects. Checked in at 10pm on the 29th. The round-faced lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me a small box of fruits for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The yard is well maintained, with many kinds of plants. Someone was still watering the plants at 10pm. The sand was also disinfected. My son took an excavator and played happily there.
The breakfast was cooked well, the dishes were fresh and suitable for all ages. We had two adults and two children staying and were given breakfast coupons.
The room is dry, clean and tidy. The room service is very good. Things are delivered immediately and are met.
On the last day when we were leaving, they allowed us to check out late, otherwise we would not have had enough time to check out after climbing the mountain. .
It would be nice if the bathroom shower door etc could be cleaner.
The recommended special boiled vermicelli is fresh, cheap and large, which suits our taste very well
Very satisfied and will recommend to friends.

The hotel's service attitude is good, patiently introduce local tourist attractions, do questions and answers, have things to solve, health, environment is good, close to the Sijiaojing Cultural District, and there are good food shops around.
