"This hotel left a deep impression on me. It was very clean and even had little robots. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered a great view, which was very pleasant. The bedding was soft, just like home. The shower had excellent water pressure, leaving me feeling refreshed. Breakfast included freshly ground soy milk, pancakes, and made-to-order noodles with a perfect poached egg – it really hit the spot. The service was warm and friendly, definitely a thumbs up. Staying here was great for recharging. The room had good soundproofing, so I slept soundly. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast had noodles and congee, perfect for an energy boost. Parking was convenient. Next time I'm visiting Ninghai, I'll definitely stay here again; the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was bright, and the mattress was comfortable. The powerful shower washed away all my fatigue. The front desk was quick to respond, and parking was free. "The service was excellent. The concierge actively helped with our luggage from the car to the room. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, and we were given a high-floor lake view room, which was quiet and comfortable. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast restaurant service was also very good. The only minor issue was due to the May Day holiday; there were many diners, so the tables and chairs were placed quite close together, requiring a bit of caution when moving around to get food. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, especially its service."

"The hotel is very good. I have stayed in hotels all over the world on business trips all year round, but this is worry-free from check-in to check-out. Affordable for ordinary consumer people, a very good accommodation experience.
Facilities: The whole house is smart, there is no need to say more about the electric toilet, and the Tmall Genie does not have to worry about anything. There is also a small drink in the small refrigerator. I will give a big praise to this point.
Service: The front desk lady is fast. While handling it, she will tell the house to take a bath. She came late and patiently solved the room type problem. She made a few calls with parking problems and was not impatient. For this very humane young lady, It is the charm of this hotel.
Hygienic: Hygiene is very good, there is no problem with the newly opened, and there is no smell of formaldehyde. The elevator, lobby, and rooms are very clean and comfortable, and there is no strange smell.

"Facilities: Wow! What a wonderful accommodation experience! The facilities look very high-end from the first glance when entering the room! A blue light sterilizing toilet, equipped with manual and sensor dual flush modes, an intelligent constant temperature quick-heating kettle, a large TV, and super large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see that even the carpet in the corridor is carefully designed. This is a very thoughtful hotel! ! !
Service: However, not only that, the service of the front desk staff is also first-class, almost meeting all my requests. I encountered many small troubles during this stay, and the front desk staff took the trouble to solve various problems for me immediately! It’s really cool!
Hygiene: The hygiene is really excellent. Since I am a bit of a germaphobe, I secretly went to see how the housekeeping staff cleaned the room. I didn’t expect that they were so careful that they didn’t even let go of a small corner. After cleaning, there were special people to check the room, using a sticky thing like a mop to check if there was any hair on the floor. They really provided service and hygiene very attentively!
Environment: As for the environment, the hotel itself is great and there is nothing to say. Now my mind is full of advantages! It is really rare to give reviews to hotels, but I can't help but give a good review to this hotel! When I checked in at night, I looked out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the hustle and bustle of the world outside. That rare sense of tranquility was so healing! Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel's breakfast has many varieties, including fruits, pastries, side dishes, and drinks. I especially like their tofu curd and beef noodles🍜, and the portions are just right. The overall decoration of the hotel is in a modern new Chinese style. There are many scenes where you can take photos and check in, and the atmosphere is full.

On cloudy days, the mountains are shrouded in mist, like living in a fairyland. On sunny days, the bamboo forests are vibrant green and distant mountains stretch endlessly, a feast for the eyes. Taking deep breaths in the mountains truly cleanses your lungs and relaxes you, leaving the city's hustle and bustle far behind. The balcony is your private viewing platform; enjoying fruit and sun while gazing at the mountain view is so delightful you won't want to leave. The infinity pool offers stunning photo opportunities, perfect for travel shots.

The private hot spring in the room is incredibly comfortable. Soaking in the spring while admiring the mountain view washes away all fatigue. The JBL speaker delivers great sound, enhancing the atmosphere. Breakfast is rich and delicious, with both local flavors and Western options available. Eating breakfast while overlooking the valley is incredibly therapeutic. The hotel shuttle is always on call, and service at every point is super thoughtful, ensuring a worry-free experience.

The room booked during the National Day, because of the emergency, the proprietress and the couple also helped to solve it very well. Qiantong Ancient Town has not been commercialized, so even on the National Day, there are not many people, you can stroll around leisurely. If you like the lively ancient town, this ancient town is not suitable. Those who like to be quiet can come. During the selection period, I also saw several other homestays in the ancient town, and several other antique and too Chinese-style homestays. I was a little afraid that I didn't like it. I personally still like this one. recommend!

There was hot spring water in the room, making my face and body feel smooth after washing – it was genuine hot spring water. It's very close to the forest hot springs, and there's a hotel shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

Thanks to the front desk manager for upgrading us to a suite.
It was quite nice. I initially thought it would have a strong musty smell, but it was fine once we got inside.
The hot springs and breakfast were both good, though the walk up and down the stairs can be a bit slippery on rainy days.
