"This hotel seriously elevated our trip! The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was fluffy and odorless, and the bathroom glass and counters were sparkling clean. Even the toiletries were neatly arranged – a true delight for someone with a cleaning obsession like me. The front desk staff were so kind and attentive, checking us in in seconds and even proactively upgrading us to a room with a balcony. The room facilities were comprehensive, with a mini-fridge and smart controls for everything. It was so comfortable to just chill on the sofa and binge-watch shows in the evening. The hotel environment is tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for taking atmospheric photos. But the biggest surprise was the pool! The water was crystal clear and a beautiful blue, with loungers and parasols by the side giving off serious vacation vibes. My partner and I took so many couple photos there, and our friends on social media kept asking for the link! We'll definitely be back here for our next date!"

The location was good with parking and shops and a pharmacy nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helped us during our stay. The reception area was clean and tidy too. "Staying in Ruili on New Year's Eve, the hotel prepared a New Year's snack package for the guests, which was very warm. "The first time I came to Ruili, I saw a lot of hotels before I left. Ruili's accommodation options were very limited. I originally wanted to set the local brand characteristics. I finally chose the whole season of Huazhu Club. I thought that I would never make a mistake. But the overall feeling of living is still normal. Location traffic: On Ruili Avenue, the import is very small. Next to a reception team restaurant, there are many buses at the entrance of the peak meal period, and it is easy to miss the entrance of the parking lot. It is not far to go to attractions such as One Country, Two Villages, and the Teng Palace. Surrounding environment: It can be said that it is very poor. I don't want to understand why Huazhu chooses this building as a hotel. The east side is the reception point of the group meal next door, the north side is the main traffic road is very noisy, and the west side is actually an overgrown wasteland and a messy factory. So the rooms on the first and second floors on the west side are either blocked by the factory building or look at the roof of the factory building. Room facilities: This all-season standard is still relatively unified, the bedding is more comfortable, the air conditioning is good, the doors and windows are soundproofed, and the quality of sleep can be guaranteed. Customer Service: As a member of the Huazhu Club Gold Card, breakfast for two people was still delivered. The breakfast standard was OK, the parking lot was relatively large, and the free entry and exit. The itinerary has changed, and the front desk is also very refreshing to coordinate. In general, Ruili City is very small, one night is enough, the whole season is acceptable as a transit and transition, the hotel business is also very good, but I feel that Huazhu Group can choose another location with a better environment.
