I accidentally left some clothes behind after checking out, and Jialin discovered them immediately and proactively contacted me. She even carefully packed them up and arranged for them to be couriered back to me. Her thoughtfulness and reliability throughout the process made me feel incredibly reassured and warm. Her professionalism and service意识 (service awareness) are truly outstanding!"
