Hotel-class B&B. The room was very clean, the equipment and furniture were very new, and the building was quite new. The boss was very enthusiastic. The beautiful big bed forgot to take photos, and the new sheets were covered with a rose. The things in the bathroom are all available, and the most impressive is clean, exquisite and thoughtful. Breakfast is also simple and clean, the dishes taste refreshing, and the knife is exquisite. The sofa in the public living room is comfortable and spacious, with a hanging basket and two lift dryers, and it is no problem to live for a few more days.

One of the most bizarre hotels I've ever stayed in. Right after check-in, the front desk repeatedly told us that as foreign nationals, we could only stay one day, repeating this several times. After showering and picking up a towel, I noticed a strange smell. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was due to a leak under the sink. I contacted the front desk, and their phone was incredibly sticky. I spoke to them on speakerphone, and they immediately arranged for staff to come. Later, they offered to change our room, but only to a room at the far end of the east side. We were worried about the heat, so we declined. In short, my stay was extremely unpleasant. The next morning at 8 AM, they called and asked us to come downstairs to show our ID cards, probably because of a police requirement. I happened to run into a manager and told him about my poor experience. His conclusion was to blame housekeeping. I believe the problem stems from staff shortages. The same housekeeper came several times that day to help clean up the stains left by the plumbing repairs. They were working very hard, and I don't understand why the company would directly blame the frontline staff. I hope management will seriously consider this complaint, as it appears to be a staff shortage. Everyone was busy with their own tasks and constantly interrupted by phone calls (front desk, housekeeping, and engineering staff all experienced this). Frontline staff only have one life and two hands; how can they be expected to perform the work of three people? Please reflect on this. Thank you.

The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. The staff are patient and attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy. The room staff are warm and thoughtful. The rooms are well-equipped and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is very good, complete variety and tastes good

Facilities: Well-equipped, including a fitness center and swimming pool. Environment: The hotel's setting is truly remarkable. Nestled against a hillside, it's located within a tourist resort area. Midway up the mountain, there's a winery and a library to explore. Opening the balcony door in the morning, listening to the birds singing and breathing in the fresh air was truly relaxing. I took my children for a stroll around the hotel both morning and evening, which was truly enjoyable. Service: Both the front desk staff and the floor attendants were very welcoming. I'd definitely stay at Jinshan again if I had the chance. A 187ml bottle of Anseman red wine: We received two small bottles, which my husband and I finished that evening. It was slightly sweet and had a relatively smooth flavor. It was quite good. 👍🏻

The hotel rooms are quite spacious and clean. It's a half-hour drive from the Jinshixia Scenic Area, and parking is convenient. It's very quiet at night, and the hotel offers laundry and drying services, which is very convenient. There's also the Chuangwangzhai Scenic Area nearby, with incredibly beautiful scenery, especially the stunning autumn foliage. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get to various places. The hotel front desk staff are also very welcoming; any problems can generally be resolved by contacting them.

After initial troubles for being a foreigner the boss showed up and solved the registration issues. The rooms are very clean, all things are working well. hot shower, very very cosy and clean beds. I will definitely come again amd bring my guests there,as this hotel is now my number one in Shangluo. There's a local food street and several big supermarkets just around the corner, very convenient location.

A very satisfying stay experience. Thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu for the thoughtful service throughout the whole process. I have been planting grass on the west slope for a while. It is located in the Qinling Mountains, deep in the mountains, and has a full sense of nature. However, there will be more insects in the mountains at night, so people who are afraid of insects should prepare in advance. It’s okay for us, it can be considered as integrating into nature, haha. The room was basically clean and the air conditioning was good, but the wifi would occasionally disconnect at night for some reason. The decoration and surrounding environment of the homestay are very suitable for taking photos and gatherings. There are tables and pavilions in the middle of the courtyard. You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night! I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time. It's great to be away from the city and close to nature.

The location is excellent, situated on the outskirts of the county town with convenient transportation. There are residential areas, snack shops, and the Huaxi Lane scenic area nearby, which is worth exploring in the evening. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are good. The environment is clean, the linens are clean, but the bathroom water temperature is low. However, it's important to note that there is a construction site nearby, starting work at 8:00 AM, making one side of the twin room unsuitable for late risers. This booking includes a late check-out policy of 2:00 PM. I intended to take a nap after lunch, but someone rang the doorbell once around 1:00 PM and again just after 1:00 PM. Please respect this service and do not disturb guests before check-out time.
