"My stay here was exceptionally comfortable, and I just have to rave about it! I arrived at the hotel feeling a bit down because of the rain. To my surprise, Emma at the front desk was incredibly sweet and cheerful throughout. She even thoughtfully recommended some great local restaurants, which were more helpful than my own research. Later that evening, when I needed to borrow a charger, she quickly arranged for one to be sent up to my room with such patience. I even bumped into her on the first floor, and she smiled and asked if I was settling in well. This kind of genuine, friendly attentiveness really warmed my heart and completely turned my mood around. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"The room was a normal size, a light luxury option at 30+ square meters, but it didn't feel spacious. It had a smart toilet. The front desk offered a free upgrade, but the fourth floor was fully booked. Overall, the stay was not a good experience.
The pool had children's swimming lessons on weekends, so it was crowded in the afternoon. There were no lockers, towels, or toiletries. Considering it was a vacation, it was fine; it wasn't exactly a resort hotel.
The most unbearable thing was the lack of hot water for showering in the evening. While the tub was running hot, the showerhead wasn't. Once the tub was half full, the showerhead ran out of hot water. Fortunately, I didn't apply shampoo to my hair.
The next morning, I asked the front desk to change the towels. Normally, both the bath towels and the bath towels would be changed. Upon returning to the room, they only changed the bath towels. The other damp bath towels were left untouched.
The breakfast at a four-star hotel was inferior to that of a similarly priced budget chain hotel. For a 400 yuan per night hotel in Shangluo, there were no snacks, only a small amount of fruit, and no milk or bread. I was satisfied with the fried rice. There was a special hot and sour noodle dish, but it was average."

The quality of disposable slippers is also very good. The room is also equipped with a scale. The sanitation is also very clean. The only thing is that the match in the hotel is that others have not used it (the traces of use are obvious), and they also sent small snacks and mineral water before leaving. Overall ok!

I have been planting grass on the west slope for a while. It is located in the Qinling Mountains, deep in the mountains, and has a full sense of nature. However, there will be more insects in the mountains at night, so people who are afraid of insects should prepare in advance. It’s okay for us, it can be considered as integrating into nature, haha.
The room was basically clean and the air conditioning was good, but the wifi would occasionally disconnect at night for some reason.
The decoration and surrounding environment of the homestay are very suitable for taking photos and gatherings. There are tables and pavilions in the middle of the courtyard. You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night!
I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time. It's great to be away from the city and close to nature.

GGuest User房間很滿意大小合適選擇了代早餐得套餐，感覺很不錯，畢竟在縣城裡麪的酒店環境很好，位置也很棒，裏面的早餐也很豐富，味道也很好，房間都是有窗户的，房間裏面還有泡腳的足浴包可根據遊客的時間來這一點，我們晚上22點左右到酒店，讓酒店幫忙送來也送了我覺得非常的好💤，值得酒店去學習，前台這邊還有漢服可供客人使用就很好，前台小姐姐也很漂亮，借用了他個人的夾頭髮夾板也給我們感覺就是很不錯，很nice很推薦！管家還給我們推薦啦一些好吃的店鋪，確實味道都很好畢竟在一個小縣城的酒店能做到這樣已經非常棒啦，酒店的各種福利待遇很棒值得酒店人去關注學習，商洛旅行很開心農風樸實的味道很強烈，安利！

Check-in was quick and we were given a pass for free entry to vineyard and two small bottles of wine. An extra key card was also provided upon request. No deposit had to be made.
The receptionist didn’t seem to have a lot of experience in handling booking confirmations shown in English language, but they quickly found it in their system instead.
Rooms:
Quite spacious and with all the furniture. It had a sofa set, 4 chairs with side tables along with a working desk and chair as well. Bedroom had a king size bed and a side sofa as well. The living room had a small balcony which allows you to enjoy the view outside. The lights were automatic and all buttons were touch operated.
Air conditioner took some time and were not always able to reach the desired temperature. Luckily the weather was good.
Amenities:
The mini bar refrigerator seem to have been removed during our visit; but there was tea, coffee and two complementary water bottles, a big 5 liter jar of drinking water was also in the room which only costed 5 RMB. We didn’t try the gym but a walk around the pond was quite pleasant.
Bathroom:
The bathroom was big, fitted with a bathtub and good water pressure. Hot water was always available but not sure why it was yellow in color; should be fine for bathing I guess.
The shower only worked in one mode and drain seemed a bit broken. Shower gel bottle was only filled up to a quarter of its capacity but seemed enough as we didn’t have to ask for a refill. There was no shaving kit found among disposables but all other items were there.
Service:
The room service was great and the food that we ordered from hotel restaurant arrived within 20 minutes. They also cleaned the room when we went out in the morning and provided a fresh set of towels and other amenities. Reception always provided the directions but no one accompanied us to the room after check-in. They always had a smile on and helped us with all our queries.

The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, especially Manager Huang in the lobby. The service was considerate and thoughtful. She introduced me to local specialties, tourist attractions, and helped me book a taxi in advance. Thank you very much. The breakfast at the hotel is also great, the cold dishes are very refreshing, and the overall taste is good. It is a pleasant stay experience, and I will stay here in the future!

Hotel location is very good, parking in the courtyard is convenient. There is a river at the door, but unfortunately due to continuous rain, the river is a bit turbid, and I will come again if I have the opportunity.
