"The hotel reception is on the 4th floor, and guest rooms are on floors 5-10. There are practically no parking spaces in front of the hotel (only a handful), and getting in and out is inconvenient. Before booking, I contacted the hotel to ask about parking availability, and they replied that it wasn't a problem. However, upon arrival, I discovered how scarce parking was. I contacted the hotel again, and they told me about the underground parking lot 300 meters away, but I could only park in the hotel's designated parking spaces. The hotel security guard said there should be four spaces left, and after searching for a while, I finally found the last one – very lucky, but the space was quite narrow. Most guests were driving and were concerned about parking; the front desk seemed to be constantly dealing with related issues. The hotel rooms are small and cramped. The facilities are rather outdated; the hand soap dispenser was non-dispensable, and only disposable towels and bath towels were provided. There is no telephone; you need to add the front desk on WeChat for any issues. They said the hotel only has one floor attendant, so service is relatively slow. There's a bottle of mineral water in the room for a fee, requiring a 100 yuan deposit, even though I had already paid for the room. However, the service attitude was quite good."

The room was clean and tidy. The receptionist, Xiao Yuan, was very helpful and even kindly upgraded our floor. They also provided fruit, snacks, and small gifts in the room.
The receptionist the next morning was also very kind, remotely opening the passageway door for us when we returned from the back of the mountain.
