"The room was clean but rather small. It was just right for one person; two people might find it a bit cramped. There's a large supermarket and bus stop nearby, which is fairly convenient. Note that there are no toiletries or drinks provided. There's also no refrigerator."

"We knew we would be arriving fairly late, so had already made the decision we would eat in the hotel rather than elsewhere in the town as this hotel is a little on the outskirts. We were told at reception that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous with separate sitting area, robes, slippers, coffee machine, and complimentary water in the mini fridge. But the real stand out here is the shower - wow! The power! Amazing! All of the staff were really friendly and sociable. The food in the restaurant in the evening (shakshouka) was delicious and a really impressive choice of breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. There's also a tram stop outside that will take you directly into town if you don't fancy the 10-15 min walk."

"The location of the hotel is very good. Going out is the main street, various restaurants. Because it is an old building, the floor is very high, the interior is renovated, and it is very comfortable to live in. The hotel in the hotel has just been rated a Michelin star. You can try it, the price is really not expensive. It is best to book in advance, otherwise there may be no location."

"The hotel was very new and clean, and the room size was good. The breakfast buffet provided many tasty options, even for vegetarians 😊. Since the hotel is located in an industrial area, a car is needed to get around. I was disappointed to be charged for parking (even a minimal €5 per day) because the huge parking lot was nearly empty! It was explained to me that they must also pay to rent the large parking lot, but I would simply include it in the price of the room, since anyone staying there will need to arrive by car. I was also surprised that a tea kettle with some coffee & tea for use in the room wasn't provided. I was told, however, that the Candlewood Suites (part of the same hotel complex) offers this. Anyway overall I was quite pleased with the stay and found it very good for the price."

"Conveniently located near the train station and shopping street, making it easy to get around. Food, drinks, accommodation, and transportation are all very convenient. The front desk even provided a kettle, and there's a Chinese supermarket nearby, which makes everything seamlessly practical for travelers."

"The facility is quite clean, but it's a shame it's old, so there are things like stains on the walls and stained carpets, and it smells stale. I recommend a renovation to remove all the stains. Excellent service, very kind and friendly receptionist, and the restrooms are also good. They have a restaurant and bar. The location is convenient, a 15-20 minute walk from the center."

"It's a shame that the entrance to the car park is very narrow and unfortunately most of the hotel guests simply parked their cars in two spaces, so there was no parking space. The next complaint was that there were no slippers in the room. Terry cloth. Nowadays, all hotels in all categories have make-up remover cotton wool cosmetics, which were also missing."

"This adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron)."

"Hotel in the outskirts of the city. Parking on the street without problems. Quite recent hotel, small but clean room, new and well maintained. Essential but nothing missed from the necessary. Very quiet and quiet area. Breakfast to avoid. There is no restaurant room, a miserable bag with a bretzel, a nice cornet with fruit and yoghurt is delivered to the reception. Not worth that expense. Hotel with excellent price quality ratio. Without breakfast I would be happy to return."
