"Friendly and helpful staff — they answered any questions we had and provided us with helpful suggestions. Can’t thank them enough; great people. The location wasn’t the worst, but it is a bit outside the city. However, there is a train to Barcelona within a 10-minute walk."

"I was there with my family, for two times, it was good overall. Only the reception ladies were sharing different informaiton regarding the Breakfast rate from last two times. In Jan 2026, the reception told us the breakfast is the same price if we reserve it one day before or just pay on the day. But in March 2026, another reception told us there will be discount if we reserve the breakfast before the next day. It would be good for the hotel to share the correct policy. Anyways, the overall stay was good."

"The hotel is good but too bad the staff are very unwelcoming, friendliness non-existent, no contact possible, the first receptionist was fine, but afterward, it's totally freezing cold, we say hello, no one answers you,!!! apart from a waitress with short hair with a lock, glasses, who, she was very professional and welcoming, otherwise we had no smile, exchange throughout the stay, not a single kindness, disrespectful, moreover the restaurant where you have breakfast, the staff there are terribly cold, there was no good appetite, no word of welcome, it's borderline he throws your order in your face, every morning I am asked for the room, several times, several times different people, at breakfast time, even though we had eaten most of our meals throughout the stay. As well as aperitifs but it's like this you don't exist... on the other hand The welcome from the local customer was more ”normal”. TOO DAMAGE I had read the same negative comments +++++ great a really crappy welcome but I I didn't think it would be so awkward. Otherwise the neighborhood, the room, the tranquility, the amenities it was good The room could do with a little bit of renovation in terms of complaints and a few stains, otherwise nice decor, fairly large twin room, clean bathroom, the floor was not cleaned every day, but it was very clean, cleaned every day and very nice room!!!! The beautiful and well decorated hotel"
