"The double rooms are very nice. However on my second day I switched rooms to a 4 bed room and the shower was dirty with hair in it. The garden is nice, but the staff didn’t allow us to sit at the jazz show without ordering a drink and the next day at the same garden I was having some fruits and the staff said I cannot eat or drink in the garden???"

"We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable"

KKeweiyidisaI thought it was pretty good. Aside from the lack of air conditioning and a hairdryer, which was a little inconvenient, everything else was satisfactory. The location is excellent; there's a small entrance next to Tours train station, just a short walk across the street and around the corner to reach the hotel. It's incredibly close to the train station; the next morning, it was only five minutes from my room to the platform. Not only is it convenient to get to the train station, but it's also a 20-minute walk to Tours Cathedral and the riverbank. There's also a light rail station downstairs. The front desk staff were very welcoming, greeting me every time I entered or left. The room was large and spacious. It even had an iron, vacuum cleaner, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and cookware. The bathroom was also very large. The only drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning, but thankfully Tours wasn't hot during my stay, and it was cool enough with the window open. There was also no hairdryer, but thankfully my hair is short and dried quickly.

AAlainGood morning I booked a room for the Valentine's Day Hotel I came with my wife and then we made a reservation at the restaurant for a special menu of Valentine's Day we asked us to arrive before 21:30 what we did for have the menu that was intended for us except that we arrived well before to be sure have the special menu Valentine we arrived at 20:45 and we are told that it is too late that there is no longer enough for everyone so I am very disappointed I show my disappointment I say I made the reservation a week in advance and I was promised that we were entitled to a special Valentine menu after having said several times our dissatisfaction we were offered to make us the menu that was agreed but with a limited quantity it is really a bad for such a hotel because the place is beautiful the hotel with pool jacuzzi and hammam and great but the restaurant is not the author of the very disappointed hotel one has signed the incident at the host on the day of our departure and we were taken 40 € from the special menu price of St. Valentine but we would have preferred to pay the agreed price and be served correctly as agreed so it is a pity for such a establishment

The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Just be reminded that 12:00-14:00 and after 20:00 there is no reception, so try to arrange the check in afternoon.
The room was spacious, had fridge, stove, basic cutlery, glasses, pans. And the best point: location 7 minutes from Tours station and Carrefour city.

GGuest UserInitially it seemed like a sketchy place and had some trouble finding it and getting access to the building. Was pleasantly surprised by the room. They accommodated us with an early checkout and early breakfast. Would recommend it. Breakfast was good.

EElsa_Lee25 mins walk to Cathedral. Parking is challenging except for small cars in a secure hotel parking lot for €12 per stay. Local craft beer bistro (Le Croque Bedaine on 153 Rue Colbert) - super friendly owners who are car enthusiasts (Porsche & Japanese sport cars). Nice bar snacks with happy hour till 8pm.

AAnastasiia&VladimirThe hotel is located just a few minutes from the railway station. The name of the hotel itself justifies - the state is very budgetary. As I think for 5000 rubles is expensive, in neighboring cities for such price there are options much better. The room is clean, clean. The repair in the room and central hall is fresh, in the corridors and elevators is not very good.
