"Rooms are extremely light and clean, sturdy beds. On the hotels official website, it states the rooms air air conditioned, however, this is not true. When we asked the guy on reception, he tried to convince me that I’ve read it wrong and tried to make me out as being stupid, but it clearly states the rooms have aircon but only the reception/lobby has air con. The room was very comfortable, could do with having some netting as looks directly into the offices across the way, unless you close the curtains."

I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time."

"The hotel is fairly nice although it is let down with the lack of aircon which I understand has been broken for some time. I was offered to move rooms from one swelteringly hot room to another only to be sandwiched in between two rooms who were obviously having a party. I was offered to move back to my original room which I finally got some sleep. A nice hotel, let down by the lack of air conditioning."

"The hotel was in a great spot to visit Keele umiversity and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean, a good size and very quiet. A nice touch to have bottles of water provided in the fridge too! Breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice of options every day. I would recommend this hotel to friends and definitely stay here again when visiting the area!"

"The room is very clean. They may have other business activities when they are on a business trip. There are so many handsome guys, all of whom are above 180. There is a favorite croissant for breakfast🥐 The surrounding environment is very good, there is also a swimming pool and a gym"

"Excellent location, very close to railway station which was key for us. Great price and trip was refundable until 13.00 on the day which was very useful as Storm Goretti was due to hit. Good restaurant attached to hotel which is only available to hotel guests, great meal for reasonable price. Comfy beds (twin) so everything you need for a practical one night stay."
