"We were staying only for one night as early flight from Luton airport. Location is perfect close to the shops and Main Street only few minutes walk from the train station and bus station .
Hotel was lovely for what we’ve paid only thing it was very hot day and night and you don’t have air conditioning in the rooms but at least they give you air cooler
Beds were comfortable only thing I would say is the pillows they are to hard the rest very good . Staff very friendly we’ve been offered early breakfast as we would missed the breakfast due to early checked out so we got lots of croissants 😄😄free hot drinks available at the reception,perfect ! No fridge in the rooms"

"Environment: Excellent. It's a bit of a walk from the terminal, about 15 minutes on foot. The surroundings are open with good views. The room is a bit small, but for a one-night stay after a late-night flight, it's perfectly fine. The shower pressure is good.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, very comfortable.
Breakfast: Buffet style, with a wide variety of options including cold and hot dishes, coffee, and drinks. The food tastes great.
Service: Warm, attentive, and polite. The explanations were also comprehensive.
Summary: Feels like a home away from home, highly recommended!"

"Very convenient and you cant beat this price. Some rooms smell a bit unfortunately. I've slept here twice as very convenient for an early flight from Luton but 1 room didn't smell nice while the other was ok. Bathroom have everything, clean towels and there is a TV. Not very good sound proofing though with heavy doors which some guest slam and you hear all of that."

"The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it."

"This accommodation should be ideal for those who stay temporarily near the airport for any reason. The location is very convenient. The airplane noise is expected simply because of the location. The room has a private bathroom, clean, and provides everything you probably need. Of course it is not a luxury option. I would stay here again as long as the price is still reasonable."

The stay was okay overall, but I was disappointed with the service. I requested a duvet for my baby's crib because there was no bedding provided. Unfortunately, I was told that none were available. Instead, I was given a towel to place on the hard wooden base of the crib, which was not suitable for a baby.
As a result, I had to use my own duvet for my baby and sleep without one myself. This was very inconvenient and not what I expected from Hilton since I have been in many of their hotels in Dubai and the service was top!. I am not happy with the level of service provided here in Luton.

Temporary stay Smart check-in It feels OK, but we left after a short stay. We caught up with the flight and the Luton Airport was cancelled. It was too far away. I will not choose Luton Airport next time. This hotel is pretty good
