First of all, the room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and responsive, making our stay comfortable throughout. On Friday evening, we tried the hotel buffet, which featured live music. Although the variety of food wasn't extensive, the price was reasonable, making it perfect for a light and relaxed meal in a pleasant atmosphere. The airport shuttle service runs every hour on the dot. However, as the vehicle capacity is limited to 11 people, you must book in advance to use it. We couldn't get the shuttle at our desired time because it was already fully booked, so instead, we booked a Gojek XL car at 7 AM to go to the domestic terminal. The total cost, including the airport vehicle entrance fee, was about 61k IDR, so even if you miss the shuttle, getting to the airport is not inconvenient at all. Given its excellent airport accessibility and convenient location for starting the Bromo Volcano tour, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation near the airport in Surabaya or those preparing for a tour."

"The location is quite convenient. This hotel was a good halfway point on our return trip from Mount Bromo, chosen specifically for its proximity to Surabaya airport. It is indeed very close to the airport, and our check-in experience was decent. When checking in, I specifically requested a quieter room. Since many Chinese guests stay here, I was surprised to find that the front desk staff could even speak Chinese! Too lazy to go out in the evening, I decided to try their buffet at the hotel. The dining atmosphere was lovely, with someone singing at the bar.
