"The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, but the amenities inside the room was old. I had my dinner at Japanese restaurant but the foods was so so only. However, the location was strategic and easy accessible to Karawang and the highway."

"The hotel itself was good, but unfortunately we had to wait for almost 2 hours because of a Trip.com system/server issue. I had booked and fully paid for 3 rooms in one reservation, but the Mercure Hotel system only showed 1 room. As a result, my elderly parents and children had to wait for nearly 2 hours after a long flight. In the end, only 2 rooms could be checked in, and my sister had to book and pay for the third room as a walk-in, even though it had already been fully paid through Trip.com. This was very disappointing and embarrassing for me as I was hosting my family. My family will continue their trip to Lembang and Ciwidey, Bandung. Since all of these bookings were made and fully paid in early June, I expect Trip.com to ensure that every reservation has been properly confirmed. After the serious issue at Mercure, I do not want my family to experience any more check-in problems. Regarding the refund for the extra room payment, please process it as quickly and smoothly as possible. I have already paid in full over a month in advance, so this situation should never have happened. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment, and I expect Trip.com to resolve it properly."

"I really appreciate the vehicle security system in this hotel which is well maintained so I feel calm. However, I hope the hotel can improve the quality of staff service to be more communicative and friendly, as well as improve the meticulous of housekeeping staff in checking the availability of toiletries in the room so that there is no more soap barrier and the toothpaste that forgot to be refilled.hope this input can be an evaluation material to improve the convenience of the guests in the future."
