"I am disappointed with my stay at Legend Sarovar Portico Baddi. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean, which were the main positive points of my stay. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The air-conditioning in the room was not cold at all, making it uncomfortable. The reception area also lacked proper air-conditioning, and the chairs in the lobby appeared old and worn out. Room service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for assistance and often needed to follow up multiple times. In addition, many food items listed on the menu were unavailable. We were told that the chef was not available, which was surprising for a hotel that offers room service. The TV entertainment system was also disappointing, as some apps such as YouTube were unavailable or not functioning properly. While the room size and cleanliness were good, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, service efficiency, dining availability, and guest facilities. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience."
