"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,"

"Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed: 1. Room fan regulator was not working. 2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort). 3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this. Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune"

"It is a well managed property. Look wise ambience is great . Swimming pool is the highlight for us as we can comfortably enjoy with kids. Breakfast served complimentary is good and has variety of options daily . Play area for kids needs to be monitored as sometimes it becomes messy due to crowd. Staff is polite never demands attention tips . Plenty of cats in the property to pet. Our lift had issues but they solved it immediately. Parking space is safe . Food can be ordered and is tasty . It competes with Karma resorts . They could just upholster the flats and some furniture and it will be more classy and upmarket . Prices if remain reasonable , it will continue to remain a favourite amongst families . Rooms are clean and daily maintained upon request . They even give suggestions about sightseeing upon asking "

"Review for carina resort, goa we had a pleasant 3-night stay at carina resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with welcome drinks, which set the tone for our visit. Although we arrived at 9:00 am, well before the 2:00 pm check-in time, the staff made us feel comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the lush greenery around the resort, which added to the peaceful ambiance. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring tea, coffee, juice, paratha, omelette, uttapam, bread with jam, and more. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable. The resort itself is very tranquil, with decent rooms that were comfortable for our needs. It is located about 1. 8 km from benaulim beach.
