"Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map đŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł All in all a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again Thank you đŸ„° Katrina & Emine Ahmet (mum and daughter)"

"It is located an hour's walk from the train station, so it took about 30 minutes to get to the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the accommodation. Other in-house services were excellent. They were considerate of pre-check-in and check-out. And the surroundings of the accommodation were quiet, so there was no noise at night."

"Hotel booked for one night and it was enough! Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Room quite large despite everything. Hotel near the train station, easy to access. BUT room full of mold in the bathroom and near the curtains of the room!!! No ventilation!!! I would not have spent a second night there."

"Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all."

"The hotel is quite grand and feels very historic, with oil paintings and pianos dotted throughout. I booked a room by the river, and the view was absolutely lovely. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful, providing a map and even highlighting various attractions for me. The only real headache was the toilet flush – the button was incredibly stiff and hard to control, making my finger sore from pressing it so hard. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was still very good."

"This is my second stay at this hotel. It offers an affordable price and ample parking, making it very convenient for independent travelers. While its exterior might not immediately impress, the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. A short path from the hotel's restaurant leads directly to the beach, allowing you to soak in the natural ambiance. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. "I personally booked this place because it only few steps from the train station. And in front of the hotel, there was a mini market where open till late night . For cleanliness yes i would say its clean and it comes with free breakfast as well. I like the hotel and its easy to walk around ."

"No free safe storage for a simple backpack for hostel guests, only paid storage, never had this before in my hundreds of travels... Doesn't accept euros- legal tender in cash, only card payments. Very average, overrated in my experience."

BBodoWhat a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues). Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy. The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly. We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

GGuest UserA 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

GGuest UserExcellent service by receptionist Sylvia. The hotel is clean. The bed is comfortable. I was in the deep sleep so I don’t know if it’s noisy, The Location is great as we only went to Pisa tower once, which is 20 minutes walked. It’s literally in front of Pisa train station which will take you to Florence in less than an hour. I recommend NH hotel.

GGuest UserWe didn’t realise that this place is only having driveway to get there. At night, we carried two 23kg big suitcases and walked there. That was a terrible experience. Other than that, the AC inside the room seemed to have some problem, we felt so hot and hard to breath during our stay. But tbh, I didn’t expect much with the price (£94 per night)

GGuest UserMedium sized Italian hotel in great location next to Pisa Tower, very short walk to historic area and busy town life. Hotel is popular and well worn on stairs, reception very helpful, multilingual and provides town map. Hotel accommodated allergy requests, we were blessed with a seated balcony at rear of property, room clean and had all amenities for short stay (no hot drink or fridge facilities in room) but restaurant downstairs for additional cost. Towels, soap provided and TV, hairdryer and air con in room. Book hotel transfers at reception as far more reasonable. Approximately 20-25 min walk from Pisa Central station and there’s a mini metro from train station to airport (just make sure you leave central station in right direct re town to airport).

GGuest UserStayed for a night here to visit Pisa. The hotel was very close to the tower and other sights so I think it’s worth it for the location if you’re staying for the night. However the hotel is very old and we had some issues in our room. The towels weren’t clean, the shower was leaking from the basin, the tv didn’t work and the sheets had stains on the them.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room. I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic. The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go. A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive. The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean. Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum. Thank you for the rest.

SSea153I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that. The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower. I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. GGuest UserThe room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective
