The host is very friendly and he will explain you everything in English. The place is a traditional Japanese accommodation, but it is old and cleaning has to be improved. The view is great and the place very peaceful."

"I booked a 4-night stay through an agent. When I checked in, the front desk staff argued that the booking was for 3 nights and showed me their notes from the agent, which displayed 3 squares (each square representing one night). However, the header clearly stated 4 nights. After some time, they realized the list was too long and part of it had been cut off, so the note only showed 3 squares. The staff then repeatedly used a calculator to check, and finally confirmed that my booking was indeed for 4 nights. Thankfully, he found the mistake.
