"We drove to the hotel and were able to park in the hotel's contracted parking lot. The room was even cleaner and more comfortable than we expected. We had made a reservation for breakfast in advance and were impressed by the deliciousness, variety, and abundance of local ingredients. We are grateful for the hospitality of the hotel staff. We hope to have another opportunity to share these wonderful memories."

"Everything is pretty good. It's a bit far from JR Kusatsu Station, about a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket along the way, and a convenience store near the hotel. The only thing to note is that there's a funeral parlor next to the hotel; those with such taboos should avoid choosing this location."

"The twin room is larger than other hotels in Japan, and is very close to JR Kusatsu Station, within walking distance. There is a shopping mall nearby where you can go shopping. There are also many searches for restaurants in the surrounding area. Overall it’s pretty good."

"Stayed for 4 nights, did not drive around Lake Biwa, the transportation is very convenient, JR station express train stops, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants nearby, basic needs are all there, CP value is high, you can choose to have a leisurely breakfast facing the scenery outside the window one day! The staff has a good service attitude and is willing to help! The air conditioner in the room was originally very noisy, but later it was adjusted to be lower than the room temperature to avoid constant braking!"
