"The room was in a typical super-luxury hotel chain; it was very clean but a bit stuffy because the window couldn't be opened. However, I want to say that the front desk service was exceptionally good, especially a lady named Kono, who was the most conscientious and responsible front desk staff I encountered in Japan. Because I needed to send my luggage to another hotel, she carefully checked everything for me and showed me how to fill out the form. After I left the hotel, she even braved the rain to bring me a large handful of local specialty candies and told me to be careful on my journey. Thank you. I felt very happy and blessed that morning."

"This hotel is definitely better than staying at a cheap business hotel! The room was a twin, but it was just as spacious as a business hotel, and the soundproofing was solid, so I wasn't bothered by any noise from the neighbors. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower had amazing water pressure, which was great! As for facilities, there's a parking lot right in front of the room, so it's easy to go out, and towels are changed daily. The basic necessities are provided. They provide one frozen snack per day, but there's a convenience store next door and a family restaurant nearby, so I never had trouble finding food."

"As a brand the room was good, location close to the station, free breakfast … the thing I got so upset was after 10am the hotel switched off the WiFi , I expected more from Tokyo-inn !!! Atleast inform customers ahead, I deleted my offline map thinking I can resize and download a new one , the staff was only doing they job but I wasted 45min where it should have taken a min , it was a joke !!"

"The parking lot is spacious, and there is a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away. The large public bath is not particularly large, but it is well-cleaned and comfortable. The room was also relatively spacious and comfortable. There was so much variety at breakfast that it was almost impossible to finish it all, and they even had local specialties."
