"It was very clean and the service from the staff was excellent. They were kind and made an effort to help me. I feel like hotels tend to be more efficient and work-oriented these days, but it's been a while since I've seen such pleasant service. It was also close to the station and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was easy to get to for dinner."

"This was my first time staying here, but because I booked at the last minute, I ended up in a smoking room even though I'm not a smoker. I was surprised at how much the smell permeated the room in a smoking room (；´Д｀) As others have written, the smell of cigarettes even clung to my underwear, and the pillow smelled strongly of cigarettes! I tried to use the air freshener in the room, and there's a spray bottle by the clothes rack right by the entrance, but it was so dusty, I wondered if anyone had touched it!? (・・;) The corners and bathroom walls weren't cleaned properly. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were all very pleasant and helpful★ The pork miso soup was full of ingredients every morning♪ You can take coffee and other drinks from the front desk to your room anytime There's a convenience store right in front, and it's a good distance from Kamimizo Station! There are also delicious eel restaurants and other eateries nearby, and the accommodation fee is reasonable. This time, the room was, well...? However, overall it was a pleasant stay♫ Regarding the public bath, it would be nice if there was a shelf to put bath towels right inside the entrance. I should have asked the hotel about it (^_^;) I hope someone will voice their request."

"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it felt quite spacious. It's a bit of a walk from the station, about ten minutes. The surrounding area has complete amenities; dining and shopping are very convenient. However, the larger supermarket doesn't accept Alipay or Visa credit cards; only cash or the supermarket's app is accepted. The breakfast was decent."

"Very near JR station room size is ok compare to Japanish hotel. The room was a bit old an not so clean a lot of dust came out when you open Aircon. So we need to turn of the air con but it Ok since out side Temp was 14 so we open a bit of window to got airflow. After midnight was no train any more so it not to Noise if you open window. ABF was ok have some egg sausage rice with curry Fish . The hotel stuff was very polite. Room Rate is Ok"

"A great find for my New Years stay. Perfect location for both accessing Yokohama and central Tokyo, although the latter does take around 1hr to get to. But also a great place to access the nearby Mt Takao, Mt Jinba and the ridge trail along there. So, if you’re looking for a nice spot with access to the city and hiking opportunities, this will do the trick. Also, I’d like to not how amazing the staff were. Attentive and friendly. Plus, the food they prepared each morning—a part of the accommodation deal—was amazing! I’d highly recommend the Toyoko Inn."

"Located a five-minute walk from Kita-Senju Station, the hotel pays attention to detail. There is a wide variety of toiletries to choose from, several drinks are provided free of charge, a hearty breakfast that lasts the whole day, the massage chair in the room is very effective in helping you sleep, and the large anti-fog area in the bathroom mirror shows its high-tech content... Although the price is a bit expensive, the room is not that small and you can take a bath. Transportation is convenient, so it is still acceptable."

However, because of this, there is a restaurant within the hotel with a wide selection of reasonably priced meals. The rooms are clean, there is a large public bath, and the hotel itself is very well-equipped. Personally, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"So convenient! It's a 3-minute walk from Fuchinobe Station. There's a drugstore, convenience store, and McDonald's next to the station. The hotel is clean, bigger than I expected, and even has a microwave. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."
