"Located in a quiet neighborhood, staff is friendly and helpful. Limited parking space surrounding the hotel, but they got you covered, just check with the staff and they will sort it out for you. Accommodation comes with free breakfast, and it's really amazing, you will be surprised by the varieties they served."

"Very nice of the hotel to fetch us from Tendo station, their email replies are very prompt too! This hotel is probably the tallest and biggest in Tendo. They help to make the bed too! Amazing buffet breakfast and Kaiseki dinner which I didn’t expect it! The view from the room is spectacular! Just one question is that not sure the 2kg rice that they gave us was expired haha but quite cute of a gift however too heavy for travellers! Overall love my stay here, beyond my expectations!"

"I was very grateful for the microwave in the room. I was able to watch YouTube. There was also a USB port and outlet next to the pillow. It can't be helped, but the toilet drains a lot. The noise from next door was also loud. Would it be a little better if I turned my head the other way?"

"The location of the hotel is pretty good. There are local product stores, drugstores and supermarkets next to it. Very convenient for people who like to go shopping Starbucks is also next door. If you want to buy a souvenir, there are many options. The service in the hotel is very friendly. The only drawback is that the facilities in the hot spring house are relatively simple compared to other hot spring hotels. But overall it’s a worthy place to stay"

"Onsen, I am told, is lovely. Stained mats and walls in our room suite was a concern. Charged for ice bucket to the room. Staff is friendly but seemed unable to take initiative to help. Breakfast has plentiful choices but some cut fresh fruits were still frozen."

"It was conveniently located in Tendo City, and there were roadside stations and restaurants nearby, so it was easy to get around. There was a coffee server and a bath, so I was able to spend a very productive time there. Breakfast was also included, and I was happy to be able to eat taro root and tama konnyaku."

"They offer different wines throughout the day, which is a great choice for anyone who enjoys drinking. The private onsen is also highly recommended and worth experiencing. The entire hotel has a strong artistic vibe. The only downside to the public bath is that there's a building in the view, which feels a bit strange."

"Although the price of accommodation including one room and two meals is nearly NT$20,000, after personal experience, I really feel that this hotel is worth it... 1. When checking in, a dedicated person will deliver the luggage to the room. Guests can enjoy the beautiful Japanese garden in the lobby on the first floor while drinking coffee/green tea/matcha/drinks carefully prepared by the hotel. At this time, they can feel the hotel's care! 2. You can pre-select a dining time for dinner and breakfast the next day, and you can dine in a small private room with your roommate, and there is a dedicated person to serve you. The meals are exquisite and delicious, and the ingredients are all served in exquisite Japanese small utensils. After experiencing it, I feel that the money spent is worth it... Third, there are hot spring pools indoors and outdoors, and the hot springs are really flowing in them. The outdoor pools are very Japanese-style. It is a rare life enjoyment to be able to soak in the hot springs in the hot springs on snowy days! Fourth, there are only 22 rooms in the entire hotel, and the floors are all tatami. The beautiful scenery and good soup really make tourists relax and sigh, what more could they ask for in a husband!"

"A hot spring hotel with a great value for money. It was quite late when I checked in, but the front desk staff still patiently explained it to me. It was a very good experience. The room and hot spring were both great, and the price was very reasonable. I will stay here again when I go to Yamagata next time! Thank you for the hospitality!"
