"Great location, just 1min walk away from Toyama Station on level 5 of the Maroot building . It’s a perfect base to move around the Tateyama region. The room is on the small side but adequate and well furnished. For tourists who need the iron & ironing board, there are 2 sets per floor that you can use. This is a lifesaver. I’ve had to deal with the trousers presser only at certain hotels, much to my dismay. This was a nice change."

"I was so lucky booking this hotel in such a low price compared to the quality and the brand reputation of JAL. The lobby and the room is so spacious and divided to each zone. "Location is a short distance away from the Toyama station. But everything else is perfefct. I loved that my room had a small onsen as well, so I could continue to soak in the comfort of my room after visiting the big onsen. Both were great and it really helps to relax the body after a long day. Staff were friendly and went out their ways to assist with my requests. Really 10/10."

"The front desk service is amazing. The hot spring is very comfortable. The room is clean and hygienic with a dry and wet separation. The mini bar has pudding and mineral water. The breakfast is also very sumptuous. It's just a 15-minute straight walk from Toyama Station. Remember to bring a bath towel when you go to soak in the hot spring!! "The hotel is conveniently located near Toyama Station. Downstairs, there's a Japanese restaurant and a sushi place, but unfortunately, neither accepts reservations, so you have to queue. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. The front desk is on the second floor, where you can pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, skincare, tea bags, drip coffee, and bath salts – a really good selection. You need your room card to access the elevators. The room itself is a bit small but quite new, and the layout is pretty efficient. My only complaint is the narrow and long entryway; with a 24-inch suitcase open, only one person can pass through at a time. It would be perfect if that hallway were a bit wider. The bathroom gets a huge thumbs-up! It's spacious, with a separate bathtub and shower, and the shower floor dries very quickly. For room cleaning, you need to put a sign on your door. If you only need fresh towels and trash emptied, you can leave them outside your door in the morning, and they'll hang new ones on the doorknob. They provide two bottles of water daily. Toyama Castle and the 'most beautiful Starbucks' are both within walking distance."

The hotel's location is fantastic; you can see its top-floor sign as soon as you exit the south exit of Toyama Station. There are many dining options nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. The room looked quite simple and clean, but there was a large stain on the inner rim of the toilet, near the bidet spray, which was very off-putting. The room was a smoking room, so the smell of smoke was very strong. If you don't smoke, try to choose a non-smoking room. I didn't pay close attention to that beforehand.

The location is super convenient, right across from the station square. I arrived a little after one and the front desk kindly checked me in, which was a nice touch. My room had a view of the snowy mountains, the City Hall Observation Deck, the Glass Museum, and the green roof of Toyama Castle. If you stay multiple nights and opt out of full cleaning (only trash emptied and towels changed), you get a free drink voucher redeemable at the vending machine on the first floor. Foreign guests can also get a free tram ticket at the front desk, valid for two rides. Breakfast was decent, and you can even take coffee to go.

Just a short walk from the exit of Toyama station, turn left then go up an escalator, the hotel is on the left. I stayed for a nite in Toyama. Before i checkout from hotel, I went to Iwasehama Beach. I was only managed to onboard a 0831 tram back to Toyama station. By the time I arrived @Toyama station it was 0901. Thank goodness i booked this hotel and without missing my train @0925 to Osaka. Highly recommended. If I am coming back to Toyama definitely will stay @this hotel again. In addition to this, lots of eateries around the hotel too.

The hotel is really close to the station, right between the North and South exits. When you come out, head right towards the M shopping mall. Walk a few steps along the side of the mall, and you'll find the hotel diagonally opposite the Toyota car rental. The staff were all very friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was quite generous, and there's a 24-hour drink bar. The hot water for the coffee machine is at the very bottom, indicated by a red button. Just across the street, in the mall, there's that delicious sushi restaurant with self-service ordering – it's fresh and tasty!

Arrived in Toyama with great excitement, ready to start my trip. The room design was a bizarre, face-to-face door structure. I was originally assigned room 611, but for some reason, it was changed to 601, which has that face-to-face door layout. The front desk's explanation was astounding: 'Because it's cheaper.' I was speechless. Isn't the price set by *them*? How does that relate to the room's structure? Did they design rooms this way just for a certain price point? To avoid any further brain-damage, I decided not to speak to them for the rest of my stay.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Toyama Station, which is quite convenient. The facilities seem a bit old, especially the mattress in the room, which was too soft – probably due to age. They offer free coffee and drinks. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a great ambiance and a good variety of dishes. The hotel price is affordable, so overall, it's excellent value for money.

It is very old hotel and difficult to find out by driving. Hotel sign not much clear and the photo in application not the true. No free parking car. There are parking rental near hotel. It is easy and near to walk to toyama station. Can walk to find some food and convenience store not too far. Staff kindness but she can’t speak English!. We can drop the key if early check out. It is ok if want to stay for go to tateyama station.

This hotel is a perfect place for our one day stay. And one of the best things at this hotel is a very generous number of amenities provided to guests - bath pads, body sponge, toothbrush kit, and many others. Even though the location is a bit far from Toyama JR station, it’s not hard to find, and it’s quite walkable from the station. The lady at the reception was super nice. She reminded us of what Japanese are really like. If I get a chance to visit his tower again in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel.
