"The bedsheets had visible stains, which was quite disappointing and made the bed feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. For a hotel stay, I would expect the bedsheets to be clean and properly inspected before the room is given to guests. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards and ensure that stained linens are replaced promptly."

The biggest advantage is its direct connection to Sunshine Central Mall, making shopping, dining, and daily essentials incredibly convenient. The location is also great for exploring Penang’s attractions. Not to mention, the hotel also is just minutes away from Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si Temple, and many famous local food spots, making it an excellent base for exploring Penang. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay with excellent service and convenience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers. Looking forward to staying here again!"
