"Hotel has great facilities and was very clean, though we were disappointed to realise that due to unsafe cliffs, it no longer offered direct access to the beach. Service should really be improved for such an expensive hotel:
1. Reception gave us 2 twin beds even though we specifically made a request at booking for double bed
2. Restaurants got my coffee orders wrong on multiple occasions throughout the stay
3. During the saturday bbq night, the hostess Priscilla made up a poor excuse not to give us a poolside table even though we were one of the earliest guests there. Her excuse was the remaining poolside tables were reserved for 4 families with dogs. We didn't see a single dog during the entire course of 2 hours, and the tables were given away to other couples for reasons unknown. This incident really upset us, and the fact that she had the audacity to make up such an excuse is appalling.
4. Gratuity was charged at 7.5% for every item, which is fine but what left a bad taste in the mouth is the hotel did it without informing customers upfront."

"A beautiful hotel surrounded by magnificent gardens. We'd barely arrived when something unimaginable happened: a blackout on the Iberian Peninsula. The hotel managers responded in an exemplary manner: they provided information, provided everyone with a water bottle, and served cold meals and free grilled dishes in the restaurant in the evenings. The emergency generator also ran for a few hours. So, despite the uncertainty, we felt well looked after. Enjoying the sun by the beautiful pool area is also nothing to be sniffed at. The breakfast buffet was varied, including a good selection for vegans and vegetarians. We really enjoyed, among other things, the delicious, sweet fruit."

"Great hotel with perfect service. The pool is beautiful and everything is very clean. The breakfast is really extensive, with freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit – nothing is left to be desired. The location isn't central, meaning a rental car is pretty much essential. "Absolutely stunning experience! We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The hotel facilities are superb, beach and views and breathtaking. If you go on a left from the beach there is a wonderful easy hike with spectacular views, approximately 30 mins one way. Lots of even more stunning nature within 15-20 mins drive from the hotel. Warm and friendly front desk, providing various suggestions and help, there is a kind of warmth of a family hotel. On the day of leaving, in addition to storing luggage, you can also come back to take a shower and then go, very considerate.
The hotel is small but enough, in line with the picture. The location is very good, the sea view is invincible, just a few steps to the most lively center of the town, eating, drinking and shopping are all available.

- Free outdoor parking
- A cozy front yard perfect for sitting out until evening
- Huge, fully accessible rooms
- Breakfast has something for everyone, from fruits and vegetables to yogurt and cake
- Sauna, jacuzzi, and pool
The only downsides:
- Your room faces the main road, so if you don't like air conditioning, you're forced to open the window, which can be noisy.
- Reaching the pool upstairs for wheelchair users involves a steep ramp. Massimo, a very kind man, helps out every time if it's too difficult for my wife.

Quite a nice resort on its own. But not within walking distance to anything. I was there for 3 nights, I dun think the resort was fully booked, but I was given the room furthest from the lobby. was not such a big deal as I drive. But feel a slight anti-asian sentiment.

Vila Vita Parc is a truly lovely hotel and unlike anywhere I have stayed before. The service is excellent, and the twice-daily room service is very much appreciated.
There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, offering different styles of cuisine. Although they are slightly expensive, the quality makes the prices acceptable.
I would definitely stay here again next time.

The room is relatively new and clean. There are washing machines, dishwashers, and kitchens inside, so you can cook your own food, which is very cost-effective. It's just a bit far from the beach, you can't do it without a car, and it's not convenient to buy things around

Great stay, nice staff! Walkable to gorgeous beaches and the town of Portimaõ.
Comfy beds, clean apartments. Could do with a bit more shelving in the bathroom (even a small chair under the sink would do) and some hooks here and there, but otherwise perfect.

Advantages:
1, good location, ten minutes walk from the center of the town
2, Free parking
Disadvantages:
1. The housekeeping staff was rude, we took the initiative to say hello, they responded coldly, and there was hostility in their eyes.
2, the room is relatively small
3. Breakfast is simpler
4. The overall decoration is simple, completely unmatched with the four-star
5. The room arrangement is very biased. After the elevator is out on the floor, it takes 1 and a half minutes to get to the room.
Important point: 3 hours after we checked out, we found that the charger of the laptop was forgotten in the room. We called the hotel immediately. The hotel said that we would reply to us after verification. I waited for 3 days and did not receive a call from the hotel.
Here I want the table field Trip.com customer service, one day I called more than a dozen calls to urge the implementation, and finally waited for the hotel to confirm the reply found.
If it's not because of Trip.com , I don't want to give 4 points.

Only a small bemol, on Trip we had reversed a 50m square apartment, but once arrived at the hotel we found ourselves in a simple room.
Let's say that having a private pool for the simple rooms compensated for this disappointment.
If not, the hotel is beautiful and the environment is beautiful.
