The bedding is high-quality, soft, and skin-friendly, and the thin duvet is very comfortable – neither too cold nor too hot. Perhaps it's because it's a harbor city, but it's not dry or stuffy.
The breakfast environment is retro and elegant, with a classic European style that creates a wonderful ambiance. The breakfast selection is rich, with both hot and cold dishes. I personally found it very satisfying and a great place to enjoy a leisurely meal.
**Service:** The front desk staff are friendly, patient, meticulous, and polite. The housekeeping staff are also very enthusiastic.
**Parking:** The hotel has its own parking lot, which is paid but very secure."

"This is a lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful, but the management of the entrance areas, lifts and restaurants is shocking. There is NO effective distancing enforced. People constantly trying to share lifts. No respect for distancing in queues. People rudely and deliberately blocking routes in restaurants, and refusing to move . And sadly the young friendly and helpful staff are trying to facilitate everyone, they currently seem to feel that they cannot or dare not (?) tackle the ‘ignorant’ guests who seem to believe that Covid is just a minor inconvenience. I will certainly not be back until the management support their staff and take the current pandemic restrictions seriously. Am shocked and disappointed !. Frankly I expected better !."

"Excellent good so when the opportunity to have an evening meal. Came from Stockholm. Torrential rain between Åstorp and Helsingborg caused a wiper blade to break and fly away. Because of that, the arrival was delayed. I didn't arrive until around 9pm. After taking luggage to room it was 9.15pm. It was too late to be offered the opportunity to have an evening meal in the restaurant. I got a suggestion for Max restaurant. Otherwise buy a cold baguette from a fridge. I had to buy an umbrella at Preem and get to Max. It was quite far. It was hamburgers and a paper cup of water in a boring room. The following evening I ate in Helsingborg.
The hotel room was excellent!"

What a treasure hotel this is! I only stayed in Helsingborg for one night, so I don’t know if all the hotels here are so cute.
First of all, the decoration style, there are flowers everywhere... The old antique elevator in the hotel is so fun, you must try it. The young lady at the front desk is super pretty and cute, and makes you feel at home when you stay. The breakfast room is my favorite. It is small and feels like home, but has a lot of variety and is well organized. The hotel is next to an attraction in the city, and you can receive hotel Wi-Fi even on the mountain.

The hotel is very close to the helsingborg train station. It is a few hundred meters walk.
But walk up and cross a bridge.
The hotel gave a great sea view room. Open the curtains to see the sea.

A century-old hotel. The environment is very good, the location is convenient, and there are restaurants around. Andre at the front desk was very welcoming. Although check-in was a few hours late, the front desk was very nice. The soundproofing is poor, and the room on the 1/2 floor is very noisy, even in the second half of the night.
