"I had an excellent stay at B2 Hotel. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an outstanding job refreshing it daily — special thanks to the housekeeping team for their hard work. I was initially a bit nervous because of some negative reviews about the service, but my experience was completely the opposite. The staff were friendly, kind, and provided truly great service throughout my stay. I also deeply appreciated having someone on staff who speaks my native language, Karen. Since I don’t speak Thai and the staff only know a little English, this made communication much easier and my stay much more comfortable. The location is convenient, with several nearby restaurants that are great for dinner. However, it can still be a bit difficult to find Grab drivers to certain places. I do wish the hotel offered more snack options or had breakfast or room service available — especially with Thai food — as that would make the stay even better. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again."

"For the service at this hotel, I would deduct some points. Despite being two to three times more expensive than nearby hotels, the front desk made no effort to retain guests. For example, there was no help with carrying luggage during check-in or check-out. In addition, when I requested a late checkout of just 15 minutes more, it was not allowed, and I was told that if I stayed even five minutes past the time, I would be fined immediately. If the hotel price weren’t this high, I would have accepted it but as it is, it really spoiled my mood on the day of checkout. Lastly, there was no shampoo provided in my room."

"This hotel is brand new, so new in fact that some areas are still under construction. It's incredibly clean, but the walls are quite thin and soundproof. I recommend booking a room ending in '9' on any floor, as these rooms don't share a wall with any other room. The bed is comfortable and clean. They should definitely post the pool's opening and closing hours, as some guests are quite noisy and inconsiderate."

"The hotel's location is absolutely perfect; it's right by the subway station and a bustling commercial street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. Even though it's in a lively area, the soundproofing is surprisingly excellent, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle."
