My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 and have completely restored it. Built in 1915 this house served as a collection point for visitors traveling to Cynthinia KY. Our goal in renovating this house was to keep it as original as possible. The mantel, stairs, and the floors are original while everything else is in the house is new. The house is located close to Downtown Williamstown and less then 1.7 miles to the Ark. My husband and I live 3 houses down would love to come and meet you.My dad is the Mayor of Williamstown and has worked with the Ark Encounter through its construction and opening phases. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.As you walk into Holland Suite #5, you enter into the main living space. This space has a loveseat, and a Smart tv perfect for watching local channels or streaming from your favorite platforms! Directly behind the living room is the bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed for 1-2 guests. To the right of the entryway is the dining area. On the left of this area is the kitchen, equipped with appliances and cookware for you throughout your stay. This space includes a starter supply of k-cups, creamer, and sweeteners as well.
