"While the exterior is quite unassuming, resembling a motel, the room itself was clean and tidy with no strange odors, and the bedding was spotless. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. There was an indoor air conditioner, or perhaps an air purifier, as the indoor air felt very comfortable. My only minor complaints are that the door felt a bit thin and the toiletries weren't great. Overall, I was satisfied!"

"Hotel is overpriced for what you get, but you could say that about almost any hotel in the Canadian Rockies. The two double bed room was of adequate size for a solo traveler. Beds were a little soft for my taste, but I still slept well. Bathroom had a shower tub combo with a separate area for the sinks The mini fridge came in handy. Housekeeping was excellent. The decor was as generic and unremarkable as could be imagined. This is an area that definitely could use some improvement. For convenience, there is an ice machine and vending machines with sodas and snacks. On site restaurant was pretty good. Overall, I would recommend this property, but be prepared to pay resort prices for what is really a slightly better than average motel."

"Someone inexplicably opened the door and walked right in while I was changing clothes in my room this morning. It felt very unsafe and the experience was terrible. The environment is like a guesthouse; it's not very clean, the price is outrageous, and there's no elevator, making it extremely inconvenient to carry luggage, with no one to help. The location is also very remote, far from the town center, near the highway exit, which is very inconvenient."
