"Such a thoughtful surprise with the wine, towel, and personalized card! It made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jasper! Add to it the super friendly staff especially the two ladies during check-in. Housekeepers along the hallways were so friendly as well!"

"We stayed here for one night. The room was bright and spacious. I liked the sliding shower door. Usually hotels have curtains that get wet and sometimes water leaks outside. The bathroom was small but clean with good lighting. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv. The room window was nice and big. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity. The pool place had nice big windows with a great view. I loved the shower/restroom (with a bench) by the pool which made it convenient to shower and change before heading back to the room. They also provided pool towels. The location was conveniently located near restaurants and maligne canyon (which was closed due to the wild fire). Breakfast wasn’t included. I would recommend staying here. "

"Very well located, just across the Jasper Railway Station as we arrived by VIA train. Cozy and clean room, nice shower, a queen size bed with additional pull out sofa bed. Have coffee making machine too. 1 night stay and a memorable one😍"

"The accommodation in the forest has a good environment and good air. It would be nice if breakfast was included. I had dinner at the hotel, the food was good, the waiter was good, and each person was given a drink when checking in, which was great."
