"This was an excellent place to stay. The room was cozy & clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints at all. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Coffee was great! One thing you need to do is visit the gazebo area with gas bonfire pit out in front of the hotel. Absolutely wonderful and was so nice meeting some new friends from Montreal who were staying for the Bills/Chiefs game on Sunday. If you need a great meal while in town, go to Laurie's restaurant, you won't be disappointed! Although I probably won't be back in Warsaw, NY, it was one of my favorite hotel stays in recent memory."

Difficult to reach, and impossible to to read instructions.  Breakfast not great. Bananas were over ripe. I would have preferred cooked oatmeal.  Overall, I enjoyed my stay and was very pleased with friendliness and service of front desk staff."

"Beautiful and newly renovated hotel. Our room is very spacious . Breakfast is good. There is access to coffee and tea for 24 hours. The front desk ataff is very friendly. It is about 20 minutes to Letchworth State Park, which is voted the no.1 State Park in NY. Check and check out is a bliss."
