The overall price/performance ratio is very high, the location is good, the front desk upgraded the room for free, but the attitude of the housekeeping center is very average, they were reluctant to give me an extra quilt, and the person who answered the phone was impatient. It was my first trip to Jiaxing from Shanghai. I booked two single hotels for two days each on Ctrip.com and enjoyed welcome fruits (can be withdrawn at any time on the 26th-28th and 28th-30th), breakfast at the revolving restaurant on the 25th floor, and various foods. Everything you need is dazzling... Opposite the hotel is the Catholic Church, and to the east is Jiaxing Mansion... The hotel environment is good after experiencing it [strong] Renew... The transportation is also convenient: there are 5 tram stops in three minutes to go to Nanhu Tiandi and watch the red boat ...It takes 15 minutes to walk to Yuehe Ancient Town, and the night view is also beautiful...

Good experience, The attentive staff ensured a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. The rooms were impeccably kept with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel is very suitable for our trip. We were upgraded to a room when we checked in, and we could see the Ferris wheel in Xiuhu Park.
Stayed for 8 nights during the Christmas period. Fruits were provided every day. There were also carefully prepared small gifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The service was very attentive!
The hotel has a parking lot and a large underground garage, making it very convenient to drive by yourself.
The hotel's sanitation is also very good, with sufficient heating and hot water, smooth drainage and good sound insulation in the rooms.
I will choose here again next time I come to Jiaxing!

The environment of this inn is so good. Basically, half of the Yuehe tourist area belongs to them. And it is perfectly integrated with the ancient town. The bar street next to it is indeed a bit noisy, but you can choose a room that is not close to the river and it will basically not be affected. And the atmosphere of the bar street is also very good. Go there to listen to songs at night. There are several good live singing. Then a little further away, there is a very interesting flower and bird market.
Generally speaking, the business atmosphere of this ancient town is not very strong. I didn’t see many tourists. Many of them are locals who come to relax on weekends. It is still very comfortable in the early morning and evening. You can also drink tea and eat special snacks by the river. It is also suitable for taking pictures. GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient near the high-speed railway station, and the European-style decoration style is very fashionable and atmospheric. The hotel room is also very large and very comfortable to live in.
Buying tickets to Wuzhen not only gives you a 20% discount, but also multiple entries and exits, which is very cost-effective.
The hotel waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic. When buying tickets, the front desk lady seems to be surnamed Tang and also told us how to play and pay attention to heatstroke prevention, which is very considerate.
The breakfast is also rich and varied, with handmade fried buns, noodles, etc.
I didn't go to the swimming pool because of time reasons
In general, it is a hotel worth recommending and has a good value for money

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

For the third night of our trip to Jiaxing, we chose International Group, which is also said to be the commanding heights of Jiaxing.
The guy at the front desk upgraded the room to a higher floor. The room is on the 40th floor.
It's a pity that the smog was quite serious in those days, the glass was not clean, and the field of vision was deducted.
The grandeur and details of the hotel are still rated online. Compared with Hilton prices in other cities, it is also very cost-effective.
Children’s favorite is swimming🏊♀️ Bubble bath🛁 Satisfies them all

EESMLIts our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown.
This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning.
Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town.
This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well.
During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time.
We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded.
Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

GGuest UserIt's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing.
From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
