The Air Conditioner was not cooling well .

good service at the reception and also at the restaurant. Good breakfast and nice location just a couple of meters away from the exit.

Hotel is mostly for local tourists. Facilities for foreigners on-site are limited. Very nice restaurant on the 4th floor. Important to mention barbecue house hotel next door for late dinner.

The hotel has a central location and is next to a large shopping mall, so there is everything you need within a few minutes of walk. The room is spacious, and is on the 23th floor, so it has a good view and quiet. The hotel is well-equipped in general. The staff were friendly and efficient. The most remarkable thing is the breakfast, it has such a wide variety of both Chinese and Western food that you can hardly avoid eating too much.

I spent several nights feeling hot trying to get the temperature low so I can sleep. I fall asleep in frustration and wake up in the middle of the night hot. I asked how to get the cold air to work and they said they don’t have cold air AC in the rooms. They said they could bring me a fan and a bucket of ice. Seriously? I pay for a camping experience in a 4 star hotel. If you need AC, avoid this hotel.

I visited Jinhua to see my friend and this hotel was in a very convenient location where I could go to the mall or restaurants very easily. The facilities were also very clean!

I stayed in a family room six years ago, and today I brought my daughter back for a return visit. It felt familiar, everything was great, and the nearby shopping mall was very convenient. I'll definitely come back in six years.

The room is large, clean and tidy. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for travel and shopping. I will book again when I come to Jinhua in the future. It is suitable for family travel and friends gathering. It is worth recommending.

▶️During the May Day holiday, I chose to visit Jinhua and booked this hotel. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, it was not bad. For example, the breakfast was rich, the underground parking lot was large, the room layout was reasonable, and the location was very lively. It was in the city center~ ▶️Disadvantages: 1. The handle of the shower was loose and fell off as soon as it was twisted; 2. The girl who answered the phone at the front desk hung up before I finished speaking (the girl on duty at the hotel front desk at 10:30 pm on May 4); 3. The front desk auntie who ate breakfast hoped to see the room we booked before asking. The room we booked included three breakfasts. For several consecutive mornings, she would ask if the child was over 1.5 meters tall and to measure the height. I want to say, please read our booking information carefully before asking. Even if we are 2 meters tall, breakfast is included. Being asked every morning really ruins the mood of the day.

To summarize first: I will not consider staying in this hotel again Location: The hotel is located in the downtown area, close to the mall, and parking is free Facilities: My family happened to be in their menstrual period, the hot water was not hot enough, and the water temperature was 40 degrees Celsius. Since the demand for toilet paper during menstruation is relatively large, this is the first time I have encountered such a toilet paper box. At 10 o'clock in the evening, the box broke and the paper could not be pulled out. I had to ask the guest room to deal with it, which really affected the stay experience. Service: It was average. The disposable items were delivered during the May Day holiday in about 15 minutes.
