"This is one of the most terrible hotels I’ve ever stayed. Got there later than my check in time which was not a problem but the receptionist was so rude and disrespectful to my sister and I. He kept yelling at us for no reason,we asked him which side our room was located but he gave us a vague answer so we decided to go look for it ourselves. We couldn’t find it so we came back to double check. This man lost it and started yelling at us to take a picture of the exit instructions and go look for it ourselves. Like seriously?"
