"Great place to stop. Extremely friendly staff and check-in and housekeeping. Locked out of my room at four in the morning. Made a phone call for the sign at the desk in five minutes. They were here opening up my door. Breakfast was OK. It was clean crowded need a little re-organization but it was good. Everything was there. Check out was easy. It was comfortable. Town seemed dead. Everything within 1 mile of hotel. Cute town go to the steakhouse."

It's suitable for two people in one room. Although it can accommodate four people, it felt very crowded for the three of us."

Entire house & yard to yourself! Everything you need to visit the local National Parks or other attractions. The building was used for a amazon parrot flight house for a local sanctuary. They were in the process of demoing the old building. We saved it and gave it a new purpose! The lot it sits on had a birdhouse where a pair of birds would raise their young every year. For those with energy to spare, bounce on the trampoline, sway on the swings, or let kids unleash their imagination on the climbing wall and safari jeep slide, perfect for little adventurers.
The house is well laid out with an open floor kitchen, living, and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 6 adults. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed with a twin loft bed over-top more suitable for children in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa (queen size) in the living room. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.
Step through the double doors of the living room and be greeted by a spacious patio, complete with a roof that offers ample shade. Stay connected with nature even during the heat of the day, while being treated to breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. Prepare to indulge in pure relaxation on this inviting patio. There is a lounge area with a fire pit, dining table, and grill. Delight in our swings and bench swing, a picture-perfect spot to capture cherished moments and create envy-worthy memories. From the patio you have access to the back yard that features a trampoline, swing set and lawn games.
The house is well-stocked with all the necessities, from kitchenware and dishes to premium towels, linens, and toiletries (soaps, shampoos/conditioner, body wash & lotion).
We understand the importance of a hassle-free vacation, which is why we've included a Washer and Dryer right in the master bedroom closet. The house is well laid out with an open floor kitchen, living, and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 6 adults. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed with a twin loft bed over-top more suitable for children in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa (queen size) in the living room. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.
Step through the double doors of the living room and be greeted by a spacious patio, complete with a roof that offers ample shade. Stay connected with nature even during the heat of the day, while being treated to breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. Prepare to indulge in pure relaxation on this inviting patio. Our private suite is in the lower level of our home in the charming town of Kanab. You will have a private entrance next to your parking space. There's a porch to relax on after your adventures to watch the sun glow off the red rock cliffs or to enjoy a morning coffee. You will be close to hiking trails, restaurants, & Jacob Hamblin City Park. Your private parking space can fit two cars; additional parking for boats, UTVs, etc is available. Two separate bedrooms, spacious living area & a roomy restroom. Large, south facing windows provide plenty of sunshine to fill the spaces. Includes 5G fiber internet and a Roku TV to help you stay connected if you so wish. The kitchen is stocked with the a refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, microwave, Keurig with coffee/tea/cocoa and fixings (sugar/ creamer), spices, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and a 2-burner stove. If there is anything you need, we are happy to provide anything we can.
Pets: We have a tie-out available to safely enjoy being on the porch with you. Please pick up after them. We can provide food and water bowls, a clean bed and pet bedding for use to protect furniture. Please clean up in house accidents; we can get you more supplies if needed.
