Highly recommend for family trips."

"The room is super big, the hot spring and swimming pool are very nice, the kids don't want to leave when they play. The hotel didn't urge us to check out. I'm very satisfied. The Dushanzi Grand Canyon is next to it, it takes more than ten minutes to drive there, play around and soak in the pool before leaving, it's very comfortable~"

"My first stop in Northern Xinjiang this New Year was the long-awaited Snow Lotus Hotel. Due to renovations in the VIP building, I stayed in the Welcome Building this time. To my surprise, the room was larger than expected, with new facilities and incredibly warm underfloor heating – so warm that I had to open the windows for ventilation at night. Overall, a nice experience. I was particularly impressed by the half-price Snow Lotus coffee at the first-floor café; it was absolutely delicious."

Dining options downstairs were also very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The porridge served in the evening was also quite good."

Miss Mhrgvl at the front desk has a high value, warm and polite, and the service is particularly intimate. The facade of the hotel looks ordinary, the interior decoration is standard for the whole season, Atour, the space is directly upgraded, the room is spacious and brand new, and the location is quiet and not noisy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are well ventilated and lighted, the beds are clean and dry, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the Dyson hair dryer, and the small refrigerator is also equipped with details. The breakfast category is rich and the taste is online, the overall price is super high, the family lives very comfortable, there are Xinjiang dishes downstairs, barbecue, but we went to eat Duku Ye's large plate chicken is very delicious, affordable, recommended to everyone."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Xinjiang, bar none. Don't be fooled by the photos of the entire building; it's a commercial complex. The second floor houses other shops and restaurants, and the hotel itself has only a tiny entrance and a small lobby. The elevator is shared with other shops and restaurants, and you can use it without a card. The first-floor restaurant is worse than a budget hotel—it's absolutely terrible. It's absurd that it has a 4.7 rating on Ctrip. It's awful. They completely mislead you with the entire building and the signs on the roof. The first floor is mostly filled with small businesses; it doesn't give the impression of a hotel at all. It's like looking at the small print with a magnifying glass while the large print is all good. I strongly suggest you don't stay here, or at least see it in person before booking."
