"1. Location The hotel is a little distance from Ichan Kala, but still within walking distance. If you're walking to Ichan Kala, the North Gate is the closest. From the North Gate, you can go up onto the city wall (additional fee required). The East Gate and West Gate are the two main areas with the most tourists and are the main streets, so you need to be prepared to walk a bit more even after entering Ichan Kala. After a tiring stroll, you can take a YandexGo back to the hotel for about 100-200 yen. The hotel has more space than the area inside Ichan Kala. The area inside Ichan Kala is much more focused on atmosphere, so it depends on your budget. 2. Facilities Generally, the rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaning is done to a satisfactory level. As a Japanese person, I was happy to see a bathtub. In Uzbekistan, many accommodations don't have proper hot water, but this hotel had plenty. The toilets are standard. My room had a bidet built into the toilet bowl. The toilets in Ichan Kala are not very clean and you have to pay to use them, so it's better to use the hotel's facilities. The courtyard was spacious, and it looked like there was a swimming pool. It's a matter of personal preference, but the bed was a little hard. 3. Service Breakfast was on par with other hotels in the same price range in other cities, and quite tasty. The front desk staff were also very helpful. English was spoken throughout the hotel."

"The hotel is owned by a wonderful lady and her family who are extremely hospitable and caring. The rooms are clean, well maintained and cozy. Moreover, this hotel is inside Ichan Kala and from their terrace you can view the beautiful blue minarets. Really, enjoyed our stay here 😃. Highly recommend!"

"Good location between Khiva train station and the old town. Parking is available in front of the hotel. There's also a swimming pool. The rooms are spacious. For a private trip, I would recommend a hotel directly in the old town. A swimming pool is available for the summer."

"When I checked out, the hotel said they would take care of the registration information, but I actually stayed for four days, and the registration information they gave me was only for one day. They didn't reply to my messages for two days, and when I did get in touch, they made excuses about being busy. This is the off-season for tourism, what could they be busy about? Then they did it again, and made the same mistake. After all that trouble, it was finally done two hours before I had to leave for the airport. I almost got fined because of their passive attitude. I will never stay at this hotel again; their attitude was too negligent."

Small but comfortable room. Carpets everywhere, you have to take your shoes off at the entrance, and there are slippers for everyone. I would stay here again."

"Spacious room with clean and new furniture. The view was nice, you can see Itchan Khala from the window which is amazing. And it’s a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no lift and the man from the reception helped us with our bags. We could not download yandex to get to the airport so the lady from the reception ordered us a car from her app."

"The friendly guy at the front desk told me the view from the 3rd-floor balcony was great. The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all. Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner."

"A good hotel. Spacious room. Breakfast is delicious, but come early, because some dishes run out and aren't refilled. The only downside is the hotel's location, not in the city center, but the free shuttle makes up for it. In addition to the shuttle to Ichan-Kala, we also got a free ride to the train station."
