The swimming pool is teeny and it appeared that guests from nearby hotels also had access to it. In addition, a young lady was giving swimming lessons to two young people during our swim time, making the pool even smaller and more crowded. The room was good and location easy to access from the 401."

"The hardware of the hotel is ok. Size of the room is decent. The location is pretty far from the city center. The most terrible experience is the manner and attitude of that Indian guy working at the cafe even though we did not have breakfast there but he kept shouting at us 3 times that they had closed despite we already acknowledged we knew they closed already. Will never recommend to anyone nor going back."

"In order to participate in Queen's campus tour, I stayed at this old Qianfeng hotel one day in advance. All details are very good, there is full service and attention to privacy and distance. There will be emails before check-in, self-check-in is very smooth, and there are check-in gifts. The night was very quiet, I thought it was just our family. At breakfast the next day, I found out that there were at least four or five guests in addition to us. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but they are all homemade, each one is delicious. It takes a few minutes to walk to Queen's University Mitchell hall ~~. If you have to point out the shortcomings, it is best to add some hooks or hangers in the room, and there are more small shelves for things in the bathroom."

"The room was large, and the hotel was booked by a client. It wasn't cheap, and breakfast wasn't included. The price was also high, doubling on Fridays and Saturdays. There weren't many people checking in, so the value for money wasn't great. On the last day, they weren't sure when I would check out, and when I returned that evening, they charged me for two nights, saying I hadn't informed them I wanted to extend my stay. I completely don't understand this logic. The experience was poor. I asked them to send the invoice to my email, and I had to follow up every time. I specifically asked them to confirm my email address at checkout, but they still made a mistake."
