"The hotel has seen better time. The facility is obsolete and the outside area lacks care. The room was equipped with the most necessary, minibar empty, no drink (water) on the table, lacks love. I love to swim before breakfast, is not possible at opening times. Breakfast i.o. however for 350 Kc per person, no sneak. The gym was closed to enter only after payment. The Wifi is free, very beautiful. With the great hotel offer in Pilsen we will certainly not stay anymore."

"The Palace staff were very friendly and helpful to help us solve the problem, but when we arrived at the hotel, the door was closed and only a note was left asking us to go to another hotel at the end of the street for check-in! There is only a designated time for front desk service, other times can only be called! The buffet breakfast is rich in food and you can choose what you like. The hotel is attached to the ancient city and can walk to various attractions. The room is fully equipped! Eat in the hotel's quarantined restaurant, show a 5% discount on the room!"
