My room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities—ranging from high-quality toiletries to a well-stocked minibar—made the stay feel luxurious and convenient. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The selection was impressive, with both Korean and international options, all fresh and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel’s location is another huge plus—quiet enough for restful nights, yet close to notable attractions, the Expo Park, and convenient transportation hubs. "Plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space. Good size fridge. Washing machine in the room and free drying on the 13th floor (roof). There are no utensils in the room; you have to get it from the first floor. Although the room was spacious it felt tight because of the small space to get by at the foot end of the bed. No hot water,. We complained on day 2 and somebody came to the room to turn the main power off and on again. Then it worked for about 10nmonites nad gone again. We had to shower with cod water. IN AUTUMN! Location was very good as it is close to a metro station and a huge E-Mart grocery store."

"The room is big, modern, and have Netflix. The room I booked is the spa room, and the bathtub with jet stream is absolutely amazing. The welcome meal is decent, 2 cup of beers and few pieces of fried chicken, a wonderful night at this hotel!"

"We didn’t request for housekeeping and the door sign showing “not to disturb”, however when we came back shortly from market walk, we noticed the room was replenished and bedding was changed, we didn’t locked our luggage and left our local currency in the backpack as we didn’t expect any housekeeping. As we were rushing out for the itinerary and we didn’t check anything missing. After checked out only noticed our country currency left in my backpack which kept in the wardrobe was missing. Lesson learned, careful on the security of this hotel. Don’t leave any valuable things in the room."

"The space was a bit small, but it was still new, so it was clean and the heating and cooling worked well. I really liked the large TV, and the bathroom was also great. The water pressure was strong, it was spacious, and the hot water came out well. I want to go again next time. However, the only inconvenience was that the water in the sink didn't drain well."

"The hotel parking was a bit cramped, which was inconvenient, and the lack of proper service was disappointing. Still, the staff were friendly. The hotel facilities were good for the price, with a microwave, electric kettle, large refrigerator, and washing machine, which was unusual. However, basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and a comb had to be purchased. It was my fault for not doing the research, but I've been to many budget hotels, and I've never experienced anything like this, so I was shocked. The heating was also very good, but the control panel seemed to be broken, so even when I turned it off and slept with the windows open, it was incredibly hot. It was the first time I'd had trouble sleeping because of the heat in winter. My whole family felt a bit uncomfortable..."

"Staff was very polite and helped us with extra big towel (there was only one in the room) Location is perfect for me I don't get why breakfast is only for one person. I think the idea is to sell extra one or save food :/"

"The hotel may be a little old, but the service is superb. The staff were very accommodating—three of them assisted me when I forgot my passport in their safe box. I didn’t get all their names, but special thanks to Ms. Kim who helped me over the phone. They made sure my passport was delivered to me quickly. Truly excellent service."

"The residence accommodation has three rooms, two double beds and a single bed are arranged in each room. If you walk a little, you can move to the downtown street of Meteorite Hot Springs."

"Spacious, clean room, the decorations feel very unique, make it feels like a hotel to enjoy, rather than a place to just sleep. The price very reasonable and the location just great, in a very active area where you could access restaurants and playgrounds. Highly recommend"
